This vacation condo is located in Seacrest on the 3rd floor, a low density remodeled building... with plenty of room to spread out on the beach!
You are a short drive to Waterville, The Original Oyster House, Shrimp Basket, shopping, Go-carts, putt putt golf, grocery stores, Walmart, and more
Guests reserving must be 25 years or older to rent and must be in attendance for this property.

Washer/Dryer located in condo.
White coverlets on beds are rotated and washed after each guest to ensure proper sanitizing throughout the unit!

You will receive a follow up email after you book and check-in information will be sent a day prior to your stay.
Guests have a covered area while loading and unloading in different weather conditions. One parking pass is automatically added to your reservation. The parking pass will be left in the unit for your connivence. If you are in need of a second parking pass (additional $35) be sure to request one week PRIOR to your stay. Second parking pass requested day of check-in cannot be guaranteed.
Complimentary STARTER supply of shampoos, soaps, one dish detergent pod, one load of laundry detergent, one toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one trash bag per trash can is provided. You will be responsible for supplying the remainder of supplies needed for the duration of your stay. Our goal is for you to not have to rush to the store to fight the crowds the first night you arrive.

This wasn’t our first stay at Seacrest Gulf Shores. We’ve been several times & always stay at Seacrest. The location, cleanliness of the property & management staff are wonderful!!! We can’t wait to come back!!!

Amazing views!!

I had a nice stay at Seacrest 304. The condo was well stocked and comfortable, and the people in the building were friendly. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool or hot tub due to cold weather, but it looked nice! The balcony was spacious with million dollar views. I’m already planning another trip and will book this condo again!

We will be back!

Wow, the view!! We had a such great time staying here! The easy access to the beach was perfect for the kids. They loved the pool and hottub too. It’s not the busy part of Gulf Shores, and even with it being spring break we had plenty of space to spread out on the beach. The patio was big enough for all of us, and we ate several meals outside while taking in the view. We walked about 5 mins to a restaurant called The Beach House and had ice cream next door as well! Loved this area! It looks like the unit itself has had some recent upgrades. It was cute and comfortable and we felt right at home. We will be back to Seacrest 304! Thank you for an excellent vacation!

Maintenance

There is not much worse than paying SO MUCH MONEY for a condo on the beach and then not being able to open the sliding glass door. We were successful opening it HOWEVER it was extremely difficult. Here's how to do it: lift this heavy door the micro-measurement that you are able to lift it up, AND THEN pull with all your might. We tried to clean the "rail" on the bottom to no avail. Some pots that were in cabinet were NOT clean. Lots of good things about this condo. Great water pressure in shower; Pathetic and nearly ZERO water coming out of bathroom sink. Fridge worked well, ice-maker particularly. Bed was comfortable; Bunk Bed was better than most. Plenty of nice towels, but only a couple face towels; only one hand towel. Lots of utensils for cooking; adequate cookware, dinner and flatware. View was wonderful. However, the condo is centered over the pool area; probably not fun in the busy season. Great views of sunrise; but the building to the west obstructed sunset view. The tile on floors in condo go out to balcony = very nice touch.

The sliding glass door to balcony IS VERY VERY VERY HARD TO OPEN! It simply doesn't work properly. It needs repairs or replacement. This was very frustrating because it was soooooo hard to get the door open and to close it. We tried to clean the slide rail on the bottom to no avail. You must use ALL your strength to slightly lift up the door to get it open or closed (It's HEAVY!!!)The view of the ocean is unobstructed. Excellent views of Sunrise. However, there is a building West of the SeaCrest that obstructs views of sunset. Still very, very good views.Some of the pots/pans were NOT clean; we had to scrub them before use. Great selection of utensils in kitchen; adequate cookware, dinnerware and flatware.All appliances worked properly including A/C. There is NO DVD Player and no list of channels for TV. Bed was comfortable; Bunk Bed was also comfortable. Sofa is NOT comfortable. Pictures on internet are accurate. This unit is centered directly over the pool area. I wouldn't choose this rental in the "busy" season because of the noise (albeit happy noise) from the pool area.The flooring tile inside the condo is also on balcony floor. This is a nice touch.Overall enjoyed our stay in this unit. However, I will definitely NOT rent it again because of the issue with the balcony door and proximity to the pool.

Hi Carmen! I'm disappointed to see your struggle with the door. We encourage our guests to reach out if there is any kind of maintenance issue so we can get it resolved quickly. Since you didn't reach out, we were unaware there was a problem. We have since cleaned the tracks. Your sunset photos are beautiful!

Lovely condo.:

First time to Gulf Shores. Condo was small but lovely. . Decor very nice. Very well equipped with everything you would want and need. Balcony furniture very nice. Looked like condo had been freshly painted, new appliances and countertop, Seacrest itself not impressed at all. We will never stay where there is not management on site. Door to pool was broken and pool dirty until we complained. They fixed both. Elevators-were quick. The pool felt like we were in a dungeon. Could not see the ocean from the pool.. So disappointing. There was also no place to gather with a large group like to eat together. (We rented four condos). ), Deck area was dirty. Even though we had a non smoking condo, people were smoking. For all above reasons: we will not be returning. Such a nice condo…. sad it is where it is. Just not what we were used to.
