This lovingly managed home has a casual elegance and beach vibe, featuring local art decor you would expect in an upscale home. This is certainly not a sterile corporate listing. The interior common area with a wet bar, game table area, and sitting and dining spaces provide ample room for your large group gathering. Multiple outside venues create a resort environment that is not found in other rentals. Relax in the Hammock. Chat fireside under the stars. Watch the game lounging in the pool. Play Cornhole. There is space for it all.

Private? Yes! A yard for your eyes only includes a spectacular heated resort-style pool with kids wading area (no 'backyard puddle' here), a massive, covered summer kitchen with BBQ Grill, all-weather HDTV, pizza oven, fire pit, and outdoor seating for all. It's all memorable at the Kabana. Inside find elegant queen and king bedrooms with both king rooms featuring 'in room' mini frig, microwave, and coffee maker (coffee provided of course) separate from the main kitchen. Kid Friendly? Yes! ... Equals Parent's Happy! The Themed undersea submarine Bunkroom will delight young and old alike. Turn on the black lighting at night for fun. Outside in your spacious yard find a wading pool area, cornhole game, sand pit play area for the little ones, and a grassy area to tumble on.

Pack light. We have tried to think of EVERYTHING you will need to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable, and easy. The Goal? Outpace all the competition. Let's start with a custom add-on of a 4 seat Golf Cart on premise for beach or shopping outings! This upgrades the complexion of your whole stay. Huge convenience and big fun for a small daily fee. Kitchenware, towels, and linens are in abundance. Not the usual cheap rental amenities. The stuff you have at home. Cook and serve a gourmet Thanksgiving dinner from our kitchen and be proud. Workspace? The desk is upstairs. Workout space? Bow flex M5 Stepper machine, weights and yoga mats are in the gym room. Bikes, pool toys, sports equipment, playing cards, poker chips, Blackjack Felt, Mahjong Game, bumper pool cues and kid's games. Yup. Pizza oven tools, hammock, outdoor shower. You bet. Bathroom essentials? Kitchen oils, spices?... well, you get the idea. We went Crazy! Also, check the herb garden for seasoning your favorite dish.

And then...The ultimate amenity ...the kids' bunk. Wow, it is an adventure zone! The adults will join in too. More on that in a minute.

The dining room features an extensive dining table that seats eight. The game room table is multi-function, a poker table thatcan be converted to a bumper pool table or simply a flat dining or play table. More than eight Guests? This table provides seating for four more at dinner. We include a tablecloth and comfy seating for community meals, all within the front expansive home gathering area. There is a large granite kitchen counter to lay out your buffet, with three more stools for others to join in the feast.Lastly, bedroom design and comfort are critical. No expense has been spared on your towels, linens and blankets. Top shelf only. Comfort and style!

It is our goal to create a memorable and lasting experience to share with family and friends. Park the car and use the Golf Cart to get around locally. Haul beach supplies with ease and havefun runningquick errands in style. The kids will love it.

DOWNSTAIRS:

1 Themed Kids "Submarine" Bunkroom, a true highlight. If you have kids, this room will create lasting memories as well as an activity space you parents will be thankful for. The room features dramatic murals of undersea life and the interior and exterior of Capt. Nemo's submarine cruising the seafor the kids to play in! This submarine bunk room has a Full-Size Bed and Two Upper Single Bunk Bed’s with a view of an octopus and sea creatures. Switch off the normal lights and switch on installed blacklights to highlight the wall murals anddramatic submarine theme. Play with the ships wheel from the captain's chair while crew play and lounge in the bean bag chairs.Warning: the kids will not want to leave this room!

1 King Bedroom Suite with sitting area, in-room microwave, coffee pot, and mini fridge for your private enjoyment. The full bath is directly across the hall from the suite's entrance.

1 Queen Murphy Bed or use as anExercise Room with Bow flex Stepper and weight bench. Additionally, we stocked the room with bands, mats, yoga balls and weights. Please let you host know if you wish for the Murphy Bed to be made up or wish to use the exercise equipment.

UPSTAIRS:

1 Master King Bedroom with a sitting area and an expansive Master Bath containing a roomy, elegant, tiled shower and garden tub. Additionally, we added an area with a coffee pot, microwave, and mini fridge so you can avoid the trip downstairs. It's your kingdom.

1 Office/Bedroom with two twin-sized Trundle Beds or put together to make a King Bed. This room also has an office desk, office chair, and printer (Ink and paper on hand of course). So, this space can be a dedicated office and/or a sleeping area upstairs next to the Master Suite.

Both upstairs rooms have an adjoining balcony with a bar and two chairs for a wonderful sunset view overlooking the rear pool area. Nice.

OUTSIDE:

Ample parking for up to city mandated four car max. No street parking please. The Front Porch features decorative tile with a double rocker, a single rocker, a teak bench, and two additional bench seats to allow for a perfect gathering area in the morning to plan a day at the beach or river activities together.

Off the Kitchen is a Garden Gathering Area with a large outdoor sofa. This area is filled with tropical flowers and a fresh herb garden FOR YOUR USE for that special family meal.

Off the central gathering area is a courtyard with a large outdoor table with four chairs and an umbrella directly facing a sand 'beach' with two additional captain chairs and an umbrella. This area features a large gas fire pit for enjoyable evening ambiance and an inspirational fire to create conversation.

The outdoor Kitchen is vast enough to cook and feed a large group. All counters are granite with a huge 3-foot-wide Lion grill with five burners, a farm-style stainless steeldouble wash sink, a full-sized refrigerator, a custom pizza oven, and a granite countertop that easily seats eight. An additional Tommy Bahama outdoor table is located south of the outdoor kitchen with six seats. Your poolside meal is set in great surroundings.

The Upper Balcony has a teak built-in bar with seating for two off the master. Adults only please. Let's keep the kids safe.

Two cozy garden benches are on a covered back porch in the rear of the house. Several Poolside loungers await you on the next lazy sunny Florida day.

A small garage is your hideaway for outdoor fun equipment. We include four bikes, tennis racquets and balls, a soccer ball, basketball, football, and even a corn hole game for the side grassy yard. Store surfboards here, kiteboards, or boogie boards for the serious beach enthusiast. Plenty of room and organization for everything to play with during your stay!

I saved the best for last…

THE POOL:

There is a large heated andprivate resort style custom pool, and it will be your group's favorite daily activity. The pool is built in an L-shape with the shallow end featuring a kid safe shallow swimming/wading area with multiple built-in umbrellas for sun safety! In the deeper end of the pool, there are two areas with built-in seating and tables for snacks or tropical cocktails, and both also have built-in pool umbrellas when the sun's rays are too intense. Not only that but… the pool is salt water, which is great for your skin and hair! It is a dream pool for all our guests to enjoy. Pool toys? Of course! Cabana Boy not included!

Location is important

The home is located in an established in town neighborhood within walking distance of everything you will need to enjoy a spectacular vacation. Properties further south don't have this convenience to local shopping, restaurants, beach accesses, and more.

Orlando/Melbourne airport is 15 minutes from our door. Cruise ships and great restaurants at Port Canaveral are 35 minutes north. Vacation outings? Sebastian Inlet for surfing and fishing is 20 minutes south. Cape Kennedy Space Complex is one hour north. Orlando attractions are one hour west. The Kabana is your gateway to Florida fun.
