The perfect getaway - Located downtown on 8th street, this ocean side home comes equipped with everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. Enjoy short walks to the beach and boardwalk (steps away), balcony / patio space and spacious living areas across 3 stories.

This home can sleep up to 20 guests! To expand your group size, please contact your host as the property directly adjacent allows for an additional 20 guests. Both properties can sleep 40 total!

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size.

All bedrooms come with a smart T.V equipped with a Roku as well as a dresser and or closet.
The home has two living rooms, one on the 2nd floor and another on the first floor. Each has a large smart T.V equipped with a Roku, as well as sectional couch / sofa seating.

Gigabit Internet / WIFI Available throughout the entire property

The 2nd floor has an adjacent dining room with seating for 8, plus 3 additional bar stools in the kitchen area. The 2nd floor kitchen is fully stocked and also has an additional wine fridge / ice maker. The 1st floor kitchen has an additional small stove, refrigerator, and dining table for 6.

Located on 8th street in downtown Ocean City. This house is just steps to the beach and boardwalk.

Linens and towels are provided. Toiletries are not.

No age restriction. Seniors welcome!!

Beautiful house/Convenient location

Check in was easy. House very clean. Bedding clean and comfortable. Although linens are provided I recommend bringing hand towels and dish towels. Loved having beach chairs and umbrella provided.

Amazing!!

The property was as described. Literally a minute walk to the boardwalk and view of the ocean from the bedroom’s shared terrace. My family and I had a great time and even though there were a lot of us, I would be asking where someone was all the time because they would just go relax to the different porches/terraces (3 total; front, side and terrace). The response from John was great. Always answered promptly from before even booking, start to beginning and was able to accommodate my requests. The best part is that if next time we travel with even more family members, we can just rent out the other side of the house :) thank you for your hospitality! We enjoyed your beautiful home.

Beautiful house, excellent location

We've stayed at different areas along the boardwalk and this location was our favorite. It's surrounded by plenty of amenities and is a close walk to the beach. Highly recommended.

Fun 4th

The house is terrific
spacious, well-appointed, attractive. And we were luck that the A/C worked perfectly since some days during our rental were “the hottest days on earth!” The layout of the house fit us perfectly
the ground floor with bedroom bathroom and 2nd kitchen was for us, the host grandparents. It gave us some privacy
away from the din upstairs. The screened porch afforded us access to the cooler sea air even in the heat of the day and the 2nd floor deck was perfect for watching the sunset on the bay. Highlight was walking a few short steps to the beach to see the 4th of July fireworks as we sat on the sea wall
and walking back to the house afterwards with no worry about crowds or parking.

Some electrical and cleaning issues but overall great

My friends and I really enjoyed staying in this property and had more than enough space to stay. Some of the outlets/ overhead lights did not work as well as some tv remotes. There were also some parts of the house that were dirty upon arrival. However, they were minor things, so our stay was overall very enjoyable.
