First Floor – Garage, Storage & Master Suite
The first floor features a spacious garage and parking pad with room for up to three vehicles. A large storage area provides convenient space for beach chairs, coolers, luggage, and other vacation essentials.

You'll also find the first master suite on this level, complete with a queen bed and private full bathroom.

Second Floor – Gourmet Kitchen & Living Area
The second floor is the perfect gathering space for your group. The large, fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of room to prepare meals for family and friends.

With dining accommodations for up to 15 guests, everyone can gather for meals, celebrations, and game nights.

The spacious living room features comfortable, high-end furnishings, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Relax together after a day of beach activities or enjoy a movie night with the family.

Third Floor – Three Additional Bedrooms
The third floor offers three spacious bedrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements for your group.

Master Bedroom: Two full-size beds, sleeping up to 4 guests, with a private bathroom featuring a double-sink vanity and shower.
Bedroom 2: Full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, sleeping up to 5 guests.
Bedroom 3: One queen bed, sleeping up to 2 guests.
Along with the first-floor master suite and living room sleeper sofa, the home offers sleeping accommodations for up to 15 guests.

Community Pool
Enjoy access to the community pool and pool house during the summer season. The pool generally opens around Memorial Day and closes around Labor Day. Opening and closing dates are subject to the community's schedule.

Important Rental Information & House Rules
Occupancy & Age Requirements
The home is advertised to accommodate up to 15 guests. Special requirements apply to senior-week reservations and groups in which all occupants are under 25 years of age.

These qualifying groups are limited to a maximum of 12 guests and require prior approval from the homeowner. An additional $99 non-refundable renter's insurance fee, along with the standard $500 security deposit, is required for these reservations.

Please contact the homeowner for approval before booking if these requirements apply to your group.

Bed Linens & Towels
Bed linens and towels are not provided. Third-party rental services are available, and a list of local providers will be supplied after your reservation is confirmed. Pillows and blankets are provided.

Starter Supplies
An initial supply of basic household essentials is provided:

Approximately 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels per stay
3 dishwasher pods per stay
3 laundry detergent pods per stay
These supplies are not replenished during your stay. Please bring additional supplies if needed.

Noise & Parties
No loud parties or disruptive noise are permitted. Noise that disturbs neighboring residents may result in immediate eviction and loss of the security deposit or payment for unused rental nights, subject to applicable law and booking-platform policies.

Grilling & Open Flames
In accordance with applicable Ocean City fire regulations and community restrictions, grilling and open flames are prohibited within 20 feet of the development. Please observe all posted fire-safety requirements.
