Kick back and relax in this calm & quiet beachfront condo, located directly on beautiful North Clearwater Beach! Unit is located on the 2nd floor with gorgeous views of the Gulf. 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a private balcony overlooking the beach. Sleeps 6 with the queen air mattress. WiFi included, Smart TV's, beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. Just bring yourselves and you are ready to go! Fully equipped full-sized kitchen with enough supplies to get you started!

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that is as close to the beach as you can possibly get. 2 brand new bathrooms; newly furnished & decorated. It just doesn't get better than this. It is located on the 2nd level (1st level is parking) and you must be able to climb stairs, as there is NO elevator on the property.

The entire condo is available for use, other than the locked owner/supply closet.

I am local and available for emergencies. But contact-free check-in is available by electronic lockbox.

Located in a quiet residential area of North Clearwater Beach. As close to the beach as you can get. A bit less crowded and rowdy there, but close enough to walk to the shops, restaurants & bars if you'd like. More family friendly on the North end of the Beach.

Being able to climb stairs is a MUST. There is NO elevator on site.
You are literally steps to the beach. There is no property on Clearwater beach closer to the sand.

Beautiful location and very clean

This was a great location, its on the North end of the shops so it is not as busy as other locations. The owner is very easy to get ahold of and it was the easiest check out process i have ever had!

Fantastic Place & Location

This wonderful condo sits ON the beach. The views from the deck are spectacular. Its walking distance to all the great bars and restaurants. Clean and comfortable with great communication from the host.

Ocean Front & Great Location

Cant beat the location, facing the ocean and only a few second walk to the beach! Then if you want to walk to town its an easy 5 minute walk and the pier is also an easy walk, roughly a mile total. Would absolutely vacation here again!!!

Very nice condo in a beautiful beach!

The condo was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. The location is great in that it is a little bit north of the crowded areas, but close enough to walk to the action. Swim out to the sandbar at low tide to find sand dollars!

Wonderful beach front property

We loved this property. It sits right on the beach. Walk right out the door and onto the beach. You can sit on the balcony and watch the sunset. The house was comfortable & clean. The location was in walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.

Perfect spot on the beach

This is a great condo right on the beach. The condo is newly refreshed and with new appliances, clean and spacious. Beds are super comfortable (and I don't usually sleep well away from home). Each bedroom had a white noise machine, which I did not think was necessary until I heard the sea gulls at dawn. The condo unit had beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels and toys to use. We enjoyed the porch many times a day, especially watching the sun set over the gulf. A short ten minute walk to the restaurant scene. We would definitely return for another stay.

Great time at Clearwater Beach

Location was as stated - directly on the beach. Large balcony with fantastic view of beach and Gulf. Extremely clean, soft sand beaches. They use a machine every morning to clean the beach. Mostly quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to fun and friendly restaurants. The Pier area and popular retail shops were walkable. Palm Pavilion, Rockaway Grill great for eats and drinks. Live music at both. Breakfast and dinner were great at Clear Sky Cafe. Just around the corner was a cute and tasty Alba Pizza Cafe. Great drinks, and surprisingly great food, at Reefers. All are walkable. Did I mention the beach. Plenty of space to lay around, or walk up and down the coast. Interior was spacious and updated. Only negatives were the building itself, which is extremely old looking and in need of renovation. Slider doors were heavy and difficult to open, and they leaked water into the living room when it rained. There are many odor masking air fresheners, which tried to mask an ever present odor. We've stayed in many of these up and down the coast, and positives certainly outweighed negatives here.

Thank you for the feedback. We focused on renovating the inside of the units after purchasing. As of now, the exterior is being updated/painted and sliders are being replaced. As you can imagine, it is quite an undertaking to upkeep everything. But I always appreciate feedback on what I can improve. Thank you!

Clearwater Beach wins number one beach in Florida a LOT, and once you visit, you totally understand why! The smoothest sand, the clearest water, and typically the best weather! We are located just a short walk north of the World Famous Pier 60. Close enough to enjoy all the bars, shopping & restaurants; but far enough away to enjoy a quiet, relaxing, family friendly stay.

This condo is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, in a smaller, private 6-unit condo building on the north end of Clearwater Beach. There is a storage area with lots of beach gear to use during your stay. There is unfortunately no elevator, so being able to climb stairs is necessary.
