A perfect little beach-getaway in the beautiful community of Beach Dreams in Wells. Enjoy this sweet cottage with a/c, free Wi-Fi and a full kitchen and open area to the living room with 2 brand new sleeper sofas. Washer and dryer and a beautiful, cozy sunporch for you to relax on summer evenings as you enjoy the fresh air, sunsets and evening stars. Patio with bbq grill and a dining set for 4. Beach is 1 mile away! We’d love to have you as our guests!

A very comfortable and well suited overall for a very pleasant stay at the wells beach area. Facilities are excellent w pools and rec room in perfect condition. Gail was very accommodating with the few requests I forwarded- too many steps in vbro communication for this boomer. Have been going to wells - not so often- but for decades and this rental is an excellent choice for your stay

Adorable and fully equipped Cottage!

Angelo and Gail were excellent hosts, totally reachable before and during our stay and you could tell they put thought into their decorating and also information about the Wells, Maine area. We loved it!

Great home in a great community

We had a great stay in this two bedroom home. It’s beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into what people may need or like while vacationing. Looking forward to booking here again as we travel to this area yearly. Close to beaches, restaurants, activities and the community itself also has plenty of things to do. We loved the game room, exercise facility and the games in the lounge on a rainy day.

My family vacations at Beach Dreams every year and Gail was by far the best host. She was responded to a small issue immediately and was reachable within minutes and SO friendly! We will absolutely be coming back next year. Thank you Gail!

Convenient, comfortable and clea

Very cute and comfortable spot to be close to everything. One thing we didnt plan for was the location of the cabin. It takes about 25 minutes to walk out of the park or 5 minutes to drive out. So our plans to walk to nearby beaches werent realistic with our 1.5 year old in a stroller. Also, for those with young families, we had to stay on top of baby proofing as the place is loaded with beautiful but breakable knick knacks. But would still totally recommend this spot for those with older or no kids!

Il y a trop d’objet encombrants dans ce logement. Besoin d’un grand ménage dans tous les coins. Les lits sont très confortables. Le site est très tranquille et la piscine très appréciée au retour de la plage Merci Danielle

We are Angelo and Gail Memmolo. We are from Massachusetts. We have two adult daughters and a dog a chocolate lab named Snickers who loves Maine as well. We have been coming to Wells for 30 years enjoying the beach with our family once they got older we decided that maybe we could find a nice little seasonal beach cottage in the area four years ago we purchased a cottage at Beach Dreams and have enjoyed sharing it with guests from all over New England, Canada and Florida as well. The cottage is the sweetest little individual getaway and has all the amenities that you need. We make it as cozy and comfortable as possible with all the daily necessities. The pool is heated with umbrella tables, lounge chairs and a spacious jacuzzi that’s so amazing! There are Pickleball courts right across from our cottage which our guests love! There is also a fitness area and a game room as well. The summer is very busy so a ride to the beach may take a little bit of time but it’s worth it! Many guests even ride their bikes to wells beach. We are in love with this area and can’t wait to share it with you.🏖️

we chose this area because there is so much to do for families or if you just want to enjoy relaxing at the beach on your own that is amazing as well. There are so many restaurants, shops, and beaches that you can just. Spend a full day taking it all in or you can relax at the beach cottage perhaps reading or sitting poolside. We also love that it’s very close to everything such as York beach, Old Orchard Beach and Kittery outlets.

I think what makes our cottage unique is the quiet location at the back of the complex and I love decorating and I feel like when you come into the unit you will notice all of the Beach decor, the soft, beautiful seafoam green and other nautical colors and access really pull the cottage together and make it feel luxurious and relaxing
