We came to town for a funeral and the location of the house was perfect. We loved how clean and neat the house was and it had everything in the house that we needed for our 2 day stay. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. The house is nestled in a charming neighborhood where we felt completely safe and at ease. Inside, everything was thoughtfully arranged—comfortable, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with all the essentials. Truly an A experience. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the Dayton are.

This rental was PERFECT for my wedding weekend. My bridesmaids and I had the best time doing our hair and makeup together here the morning of the wedding! We had plenty of room to sleep and everything was nice and clean upon arrival! Couldn’t have asked for a better/more stress free experience for such a big weekend.

A Gem Of A Place!

We had a wonderful stay! It was cozy, clean, and comfortable! This home has great character and the decor is just lovely. Our dog especially loved the fenced-in yard, and we all loved the friendly and quiet neighborhood. We hope to have a return visit in the future! This home is a gem of a place!

Lovely. We enjoyed cooking and serving our frirnds here. BTW there is a lucious patch of poison ivy in the road side yard.

Hi. Just a few suggestions
the main floor is freezing cold!!! Maybe put an electric fireplace insert in to make the fireplace useable. There was so much cold air coming in through there. We had the thermostat set on 78 and we were still freezing cold. We’re from WV so we’re used to cold winters. The bathroom door needs replaced!! And the toilet needs to be bolted to the floor. There are a few soft spots on the third level under the carpet. Maybe have those replaced as well. Other than that, I think it was a nice house. Thank you for getting us more washcloths. Not sure why there were four stocked for a family of seven staying 2 nights!! But thanks again!

The hardwood floors had significant creaking which impacted some people’s ability to sleep. While the bathroom renovation looks wonderful, the shower functionality is poor. If you are over 6’2’ or of any size, the shower is tight.

It was amazing!

The property was fantastic and perfectly suited for our needs. Our family of 7 stayed here. The owner was very helpful and responsive. The place was immaculately clean and had everything you need. No detail was left undone. Highly recommend staying at this property!

The house was lovely. Well cared for and fully remodeled. It had everything we needed, even an Alexa which the grandchildren danced to when they asked it to play songs. The neighborhood was nice, plenty of parking on the street, and a great fenced back yard. My only complaint was that the pillows were too fat as I like a fairly flat pillow. Great stay for our family of 9 attending our grandson's graduation.

Graduation Vacation

We were in Dayton to attend my Granddaughter’s graduation. This house was absolutely perfect!!! There was plenty of space with a fabulous fenced in backyard! It was nicely decorated and very cozy! We would love to stay there again!!

Beautiful stay all around

We had a lovely, short stay at this home in Dayton. You could tell it was clearly cared for, clean, beautifully decorated, exactly as the pictures shown, and perfect for our group of four people. Would highly recommend!

We chose Patterson Park as the perfect neighborhood to host a family or individual visiting Dayton for business or pleasure. We absolutely love Patterson Park. It is safe and so family and pet friendly. These is such a pride of ownership in this neighborhood. All of the properties are beautifully maintained.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We absolutely love this charming little home. We could honestly live here. We nicknamed the house Buckingham Palace after the street name. As you pull up to the house and you can see that it is adorable. We updated the paint to a pretty dark grey color that contrasts well with the brick and stone. inside the floor plan is nice because all of the living space is on one level then up just 6 steps are the two bedrooms and bath then another 5 steps up is the main bedroom that is so charming and peaceful up there. This home was a labor of love for us and we home you love it as much as we do.
