Our host was great. After a snowstorm, Theresa sent someone over to shovel the driveway so we could get out. I appreciated that so much. She was very attentive to any questions and responded very quickly. We were in the area during a very cold spell, but the house was very cozy and comfortable.

Very clean and nicely remodeled house. Large kitchen, nice bathroom with great shower and bathtub, nice size bedrooms. The front and back yard are very much in need of attention, the grass is very high. A very quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again.

Very cute little house, very clean and welcoming. Close to everything. Fire pit in the back yard was nice to have a small fire and relax in the evening. Host was very accommodating and responsive to messages when I had to change my reservation.

Left after 2 hrs

I booked this house last minute due to a family member entering hospice. The condition of house reminded me of a foreclosure home that had new kitchen cabinets, counters with new bed, mattress and sheets. The inside had a funky stale odor masked by a nauseating air freshner. There were commercial rat traps outside the home. I counted 3. There were cobwebs and spider webs inside and outside the property. Inside above the front door, above kitchen sink, outside all around the fire pit and chairs. It was so bad i thought it was halloween decorations. The ceiling fans have frayed ropes as pull chains. As walking to the back of house in the area from kitchen going to rear vestible, the floor is spongy and sinks. To open the rear door to the outside i had to plant both feet on the groud and jerk the door with my whole body 4-5 times to get the door to open. The shower has mold in tile grout at corners. The doors and many of the fixtures are yellowed and have dirt stains on the. The door frames are all beat up. The fridge and freezer reeked of old food. This house has had VERY hard use with a new kitchen cabinets, counters, new bed with sheets. Everything else in rough shape. We were there 2 hours before we left the property the way we found it. I texted owner we left. A few days later i asked for a refund but owner said no since it was booked/blocked from other rentals. Mind you i booked 4 days prior to arrival for monday-friday stay.

Great little place

Great location! Quiet neighborhood, park in walking distance. House was very clean. There is a grill in the backyard that you can use. Also a fire pit out there as well. Comfortable beds and just overall cute little comfortable place to stay! Is a must and will be staying here every time I come to Dayton!!
