Looking for an affordable (no cleaning fee!) getaway or staycation on the water? We provide everything you need! Conveniently located (w/ easy access to I-26) near Asheville, Greenville, Spartanburg, Hendersonville, Tryon and Landrum. Enjoy views of the lake from the porch, bring your fishing gear, take a dip in the lake or venture out in one of our kayaks. Then relax in the spacious shower, enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, sip coffee on the balcony, even a washer and dryer--all available in our charming lakefront apartment!

This is a garage apartment (totally separate from main house). Must be able to climb 20 steps to access apartment. No access to garage below.

1 bedroom with queen bed, Sofa bed (queen) in living room. Full bathroom. Large shower. All linens (sheets, blankets bath towels, hand towels, lake towels, kitchen towels) provided.

TVs in living room and bedroom. YouTube TV provided through Android TV (Living Room) and Roku (Bedroom).

Lake items we provide: beach towels, chairs, 2 kayaks, 1 standup paddle board, floats, life jackets, noodles, small cooler (if you want to take anything to the lake)

Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed indoors.

No parties allowed.

No pets allowed.

To stay here we recommend you are able to climb around 20 steps to enter the apartment. It is not accessibility friendly. If you have small children you may want to keep the stairs in mind when booking.
