Sunset Chateau

This was a wonderful condo with everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach. The decor was beautiful. We had access to a washer/dryer, steps to the beach, and an amazing time. Fully enjoyed this place.

Hands down best beach location

I have stayed at three units in the bldg and this is without a doubt the best. Nicely upgraded, nice furniture and distribution. Everything you need in the kitchen and for a beach day; incredible supplies. Extremely clean. Comfortable beds. Good a/c. Super fast communication and response.

Beautiful location footsteps away from warm Gulf beach

Kerri is an amazing hostess. Everything is spotless, updated furniture, comfortable beds and she thinks of and provides so many little extras that make it extra special to stay here. We enjoyed sunsets from our balcony, walks and days on an uncrowded beach, and a lovely place to recharge and relax for each day of vacation. I am a return customer every year and am so thankful I crossed paths with Kerri.

Beachfront paradise

We had two requirements for a vacation rental; beachfront with shoreline fishing. This property had that and more. The condo is beautifully decorated with updated appliances. My wife contacted Kerri for assistance with a surprise birthday and I was so surprised and appreciative. I almost didn't want to tell friends about this hidden gem, but everyone should experience this beauty once in their lifetime. Thank you so much Kerri for beijg a wonderful hostess!

You can hear the surf break on the beach from the condo.

Very cleaned well stocked condo . At high tide you are maybe 50 yards from the water. When we left my wife said; "I really like it here , I'd come again."

Location, location, location

This unit is right on the beach. The location is perfect. Waking up to that view every morning is what made our stay so wonderful. The unit itself was adorable. Very clean and worked perfect for us. We are beach people so we cooked at night so we could stay on the beach longer. Very, very nice. I would recommend ths unit to anyone.

Beautiful Condo

Very clean and comfortable with everything you need for cooking a Christmas meal. We were joined during the day by our 3 adult children and had plenty of room for the five of us. The beach is just out the door and was great for taking walks. Communication with Kerri was very good.

Great place and fantastic host

Place was exactly as described. Can't beat the location, views and cleanliness. Excellent host in Kerri who had snacks available for our family and lots of beach equipment for use. Everything was perfect and we will look to rent here again during our next trip to Florida.
