Enjoy all of what Topsail Island has to offer. Nicely appointed canal front cottage in N. Topsail Beach. Just steps to the beach access. It's the best of both worlds with your own private ramp and dock to enjoy boating, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding, crabbing and other water activities. After a long day, enjoy the private hot tub on the deck or enjoy a stroll around the neighborhood. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen, plenty of dining space, a large open entertaining space and 5 bedrooms to accommodate everyone! There are 4 king bedrooms and one bunk room with 3 twin bunks. Just waiting for you to enjoy your vacation. Private outdoor shower.

Linens are included from a local service.

Pets are welcome! The pet fee is per dog. We have a limit of 2 dogs. The pet fee will be added prior to check in to accommodate your plans. The fee is $200 per dog. We do live local, so please be honest about pets.

4-night minimum stay.

We all enjoyed our stay. The home is very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Loved our views of the ocean, inlet and the canal. We had fun fishing off the dock and using the hot tub. Nice yard for our dog to enjoy. Great communication with the host. We will definitely want to stay here again.

This place was perfect for our stay of 15 people.Awesome right by the beach. Everything was just as shown in the pictures. We had no issues at all with anything all weekend. We hope to come back here for our Youth Retreat again in the future!

Our family had so much fun. It was perfect for what our family needed. We loved the closeness of the beach, having the inlet right behind the house to fish, kayak and paddle boat. The beach was not crowded. Joann was very nice to work with and helped us out before we started our vacation and while we were there. If the opportunity ever arises, we will definitely stay here again.

"Our" Home Away From Home

Our family recently spent 2 weeks at this beach house (our third year renting this house) and we can't say enough about how perfect it is for our needs. With grown children coming from different parts of the country, we need a place that could accommodate everyone, offer easy access to the beach, and provide space to relax. This home exceeded every expectation. The living, dining, and kitchen areas flow seamlessly together, making it easy for everyone to gather without feeling crowded. The high ceilings and many windows create a light and airy feel that instantly puts you in vacation mode. The location is absolutely ideal. The beach is just a short walk away — close enough that we could wander back and forth throughout the day without any hassle. We especially appreciated not having to worry about parking or lugging gear over long distances. It’s the kind of convenience that truly makes a difference. After dinner, we’d all gather on the back deck overlooking the peaceful canal. Whether sipping wine or just enjoying the quiet sounds of nature, those moments felt like the true essence of vacation. The deck is generously sized and my husband took advantage of the hot tub! The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage and comfortable beds. Lastly, a special thank you to Joanne, the owner, who was incredibly responsive and accommodating from the very beginning. She made the entire booking process seamless. Any time we had a question, she responded quickly and warmly. THANK YOU!

Quiet Family Beach Vacation

Super quiet family oriented neighborhood. House was great. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! Minor thing was the beach access closest to the house is closed needing repair but another access available within easy walking distance. Caution with boat trailer tires with some oysters growing on the boat ramp also.

Our family had a wonderful time! The house is gorgeous and so spacious! The outdoor space with the boat ramp and pier was an extra bonus! The access to the beach was convenient and not crammed pack! Just a couple of things, make sure to grab some toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags! Other than that we were good to go!

Great stay overall!

Very spacious with plenty of seating and nice sized bedrooms! Wonderful location, just across the street from beach access. Host brought us a regular coffeepot for us caffeine addicts, which was much appreciated. Only cons were that the linens were not on the beds so we had to make them up when we got there and the hot tub was a bit dirty. Great stay overall, would book again! arrived and the hot tub was a bit dirty

Ideal

Location of the property is amazing. To be able to walk to the beach and also be on the canal is probably the best part. For those of us who like to cook, the property has a full kitchen with all sorts of cooking equipment so it makes it easy.

Nice place away from the crowds

Our group was 3 families with 6 kids ranging from 15-5 and the house accommodated all our needs. We were able to easily rent kayaks, paddle boards, & boogie boards to enjoy the bayside & ocean. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. Joann is VERY responsive to any questions or needs throughout the whole thing. We really enjoyed the location, the beach was beautiful with plenty of shells, shark teeth & waves. The beach wasn’t crowded at all, very peaceful.

Peaceful

We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and beach. The open floor plan of the house was great. We could easily see our toddler. Clean and updated. We played cornhole in the backyard and fished off the dock. Access to beach was short and easy, even for one who had to wear a boot.

Our 19th summer in Topsail did NOT disappoint

This house was amazing and the layout was almost perfect. Another bathroom would have made it 100%. A small hiccup with the city deciding to renovate the beach access for the first few days was not ideal, but not the fault of this house owner. We'd go back again!! North Topsail is GREAT!!!

Family vacay

Away from the crowded, duplexes of North Top Sail’s southern end, this neighborhood setting was quiet and relaxing, lots of parking and ground-level storage for beach and water toys. The house was just right, and the beach was not crowded.

Just what we needed

The house was just as charming as described. A very easy access to the beach. We had a disabled person and the openness was so great. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching the canal and visiting with neighbors we met. My grandchildren had a blast. A very good time was had by all. Joann and Ed were both super helpful and very accommodating.

Perfect house- wish I could buy it!

This house is great- perfect amount of beds and unlike most houses had enough seats at the dinner table- we love to have a big family dinner after a day at the beach- went paddle boarding off the back deck! Annual Family 4th

The place was perfect for our annual family July 4th trip. Location, amenities, neighborhood and host were spot on! The backyard boating access was super convenient for day trips up the ICW to the sand bars and the very short walk to the beach that had no crowds was nice any time of day. We would have already booked again for next year if we weren’t expecting a bigger crowd and needing even more room. We will be talking about the memories made here for years to come. Thank you!

Love location

We’ve stayed here for the last 5 years. Love we can bring our fur kids and the canal that is right in the back yard. Beach access is only a short walk away . Hot tub is a great addition!

Perfect Family Get-a-Way

We did a 3 generation Easter spring break at this lovely home. Three things caught our eyes when searching - just across from the beach - on a canal with a dock for our boat - and 3 master bedrooms!! The home is in top notch condition - beautiful kitchen and nice decor. Lots of seating and table eating space for large groups. The 4 teens had lots of space to spread out in the bunk rooms. It was too cool to swim but we did lots of boat rides and fishing - from the boat, the dock and surf fishing. Caught a few keepers. The hot tub was a real bonus to relax in -- even on the rainy day!! Close enough to grocery and souvenir shops with other outdoor activities nearby. Owners were available for questions and solutions. We highly recommend this home as it offers great accommodations in a great location.
