When entering this gorgeous villa you’ll be stunned with the views outside. 3 bedrooms in the main villa and a poolside cabana. Steps lead down to a natural beach with easy water access and incredible snorkeling.**There is a tenant that lives downstairs - your privacy is a priority to us and you will likely never see them.

Mango Manor is conveniently located near Secret Harbor beach on the East End. Decorated by the owners through their extensive, worldly travels, this home will take you on an adventure further than St. Thomas. When entering this gorgeous villa you'll be stunned with the views outside, but take time to tour the interior as well.

This eclectically decorated home boasts 3 bedrooms in the main villa and a poolside cabana on the lower pool deck level. Mango Manor was named by the owner's grandson because of his love for the enormous mango tree next to the deck – feel free to enjoy the mangos when in season!

Steps lead down to a secluded, natural beach with easy water access and incredible snorkeling.

We loved our stay here! We are a family of five and had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The best part of the house is the pool. There are a lot of steps down to the "beach" (more of a rocky area that you could swim in) so we didn't go often because we loved the pool so much. The views are stunning and the area is very nice. The driving on the road to get to the house is a bit much at first but you get used to it after a few days in and out. Location was great and close to Red Hook and many other areas that we visited.

The house is great, location is fantastic, and the pool is great. However… - you can’t flush anything in the toilets - including used toilet paper. - the bedroom pillows are disgusting, sweat stained, and need to be replaced - all of them. - access to the “beach” requires climbing over large rockers/boulders. Not easily accessed. Great when you to the water, but it’s not easy access. - contrary to claims, you will see the tenants and hear their dog “cowboy”. They are nice people, but don’t expect it to be like they are on property. - you can’t do laundry whenever you want. You have limited laundry days because laundry is shared space with tenants.

Perfect

The location could not have been better! The host was easy to reach, we never saw the tenant downstairs during our stay so don’t let that get in the way of booking this place! It was so easy to take a short walk down to secret harbor (sunset grill was delicious) to grab a taxi and then get dropped off at the manor when we were done with whatever fantastic thing we’d done that day! We did a fishing charter and definitely made use of the grill! The pool was clean the rooms were comfortable 10/10 would recommend!

Mango Manor

We loved our stay at Mango Manor! The pictures were so accurate that we could tell it was our house when we pulled up. Very island like and the beds were super comfortable. Pam was quick to give us more details that we even asked. The only few things to let people know when renting the property… there are tenants in the bottom corner of the house that you share the washer/dryer and driveway with. We found them to hard to deal with… I overheard the lady going off about our clothes in the washer machine. I am not trying to hear that while on vacation when I dropped a pretty penny for our trip. We washed 3 loads of clothes for our 6 day visit and found it very out of line. The roads are crazy and be sure to get to the airport early due to the lines. Like 3 to 4 hours early in busy season. All the food on the island is amazing and Secret Harbor is a bonus! They also are not quick to fix any problems… issues with the TV and locking up the house when we left (still waiting for the call back and text message) but we figured it out. All and all a great trip but the tenants would give me pause for going back.

Soooo Lovely!

Ah, Mango Manor...What a wonderful, relaxing vacation we 4 adults had there. It is a lovely home perched on a cliff overlooking the Caribbean Sea with a beautiful (and clean) swimming pool and, super bonus, wooden stairs going down to a private cove. We snorkeled right off the rock beach & enjoyed the beautiful underwater sights in a cove that we didn't have to share with anyone else. The beach is a rock beach, so wear shoes. Getting in the water was a little tricky, but totally doable. I recommend entering by the giant rock.The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. On the evening of our arrival we discovered that the blender was broken. I contacted the Manager & by the next morning she had a brand new Ninja blender delivered! She was very easy to get in touch with & very responsive. WELL MANAGED!! There is a tenant living downstairs, but they were VERY quiet, & we hardly knew they were there. We just loved the spaciousness, the ease, and the comfortableness of the house. We enjoyed eating out on the main-floor deck & relaxing by the pool. We visited in January 2025 & there were no bugs either inside or outside. Location, location, location...the Secret Harbor Resort was just down the hill where you can go to the beach or have lunch or dinner. The town of Red Hook has a grocery store, many shops & a sea port with ferries to St John. Mostly, we just could not stop looking out at the spectacular view of the cove & sea!! Awesome place!

New Years 2025 family vacation

Mango Manor was an excellent location for our family vacation. We used the pool every day and were able to utilize the beach each day as well. The stairs to the beach were overgrown but a crew came and cleared them during our stay which alleviated the issue. The house was extremely clean and comfortable, having everything we needed for our stay. The snorkeling was amazing at the beach and the privacy was unparalleled. My only complaint with this trip was the insect bites I received for my time lounging on the beach, so I would recommend bug spray if you choose to lounge around on the beach and not go into the water.

BEAUTIFUL VIEWS

The house was beautiful. There was a problem with one of the codes at check in but they answered my phone call at 10pm! And it was corrected immediately. My only complaint is the house address sign is hard to find at night. We had to walk down the driveway and up to the house to know we were at Mango Manor. It was a little scary because someone does live on the bottom floor. So we did not know if we walking to a house with someone living there at 10pm at night.

A lovely property

We had a few minor hiccups, but totally within the realm of normal island issues. The property management team did a fantastic job of responding to and correcting our concerns. This was a fabulous property and just what we needed for our group. The rare private beach access was fun for the kids, though very rocky and buggy. The pool was great! Definitely recommended. My kids still talk about the pool house. Thank you!

Will seek this property out next time we come

First time our family (3 teens) travelled to St Thomas. The location is amazing. The bay below has the best snorkeling. Even spotted a giant eagle ray (endangered species). The drive to Red Hook is super quick, and the grocery in Red Hook (Moe’s) has everything you could ever need. Good restaurant selection in Red Hook. Honestly, if you are on the fence - select this property. We were a little hesitant about the tenants living in the quarters below, but we honestly never saw them. Absolute privacy and security. Final note- Carrie and Meghan very responsive.

Gorgeous spot

I had a terrific stay with my kid (age 13) at Mango Manor. The views from the house are tremendous - out over the water, amazing sunsets... just stunning. The house itself is comfortable, well-furnished, cool, and clean. Since there were only 2 of us, we could both have bedrooms close to the bathrooms (the third BR, as the listing notes, is on the other side of the house). The house is close to the Secret Harbor beach/restaurant, which is also a big plus. Great snorkeling down there. Red Hook is an easy little drive as well. You should feel comfortable driving on island roads - we arrived at night, and it was not simple to find the property! But once we got the hang of it, we were good to go. Slight hiccups - no soap for the showers, no basics in the kitchen (i.e., no salt, or oil, etc). Paper goods - yes. Food things - no. There are two good supermarkets nearby, so it's not hard to get what you need. Also, there are definitely people living downstairs. Mostly out of sight/sound, but... they are there. Overall - I would absolutely stay again, and wish I had been there longer! Thank you for a great visit.

Mango Manor has great views and access to Secret Harbor

We spent a week in Mango Manor with a heavy emphasis on snorkeling, scuba diving and fishing with the Aqua Action Sports Dive Center located out of Secret Harbor, which is a short but steep walk down the hill. We find the walk-off-the-beach snorkeling here to be top quality, and we used the dive shop three different days for half-day boat excursions to scuba, snorkel and fish. We also like to leverage the tasty dining at Sunset Grille for lunches and dinners throughout the week. The location is also very convenient to get to Red Hook for dining, provisions or to catch the ferry to St John. The villa is nicely equipped, with good air conditioning, well-used but still very functional furniture, an ample private pool, and a private rock beach to snorkel from (entry/exits from the water a bit tricky though and only for the adventurous). Our only real issue this trip was we had a bit more challenge with insects than we had experienced on previous trips, and Carrie was quick to help with this and other transportation and dinner logistics questions that arose during our stay. We left Mango Manor rested and refreshed after an action-packed week! We would heartily recommend Mango manor for any group of 5 looking for a private villa in a great location!

Perfect vacation

This home is absolutely amazing. There were 4 of us and the house was beautiful and accommodated is well. The pool is absolutely perfect and the snorkeling at the beach on the property is like being in Finding Nemo. Great location well definitely be back.

Sunset view was beautiful

What a great house we all loved every minute of it. The house looks exactly like the pictures but even better during sunset. We were not expecting there to be downstairs long term tenants when we checked in and would have been nice to know before renting but never once ran into them and only heard them at check in, just some TV noise and chatting, after that i forgot they were there. The beautiful private beach (although the beach if filled with rocks) it was a great place to look for fun seashells and coral. But the sunsets on the back porch were unbelievable definitely my favorite thing about the house! Whenever a question would come up with just a text we had quick responses back. Overall a wonderful stay and would 100% recommend staying here and if I come back would rent again. Loved loved loved this vacation rental!
