The garden penthouse includes the upper 2 floors of a historic home! Inside you will find 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The 2nd floor is a special dedicated hang out spot with foosball & air hockey. The house is stocked with games for you to enjoy after a day of exploring the sights of Richmond! Dog friendly. Welcome to the Garden Penthouse, a vibrant and roomy getaway perched on the upper two floors of a historic Richmond home. With a whimsical botanical theme and plenty of space, itâs perfect for families or groups of friends looking for comfort and fun.
Inside, youâll find three large bedrooms with four queen beds and three full bathrooms. The second floor is a dedicated hangout spot featuring foosball, air hockey, and a collection of games to enjoy after exploring the city.
A cozy living room, Roku TVs, and a full kitchen make relaxing together easy, while the washer/dryer adds convenience for longer stays.
Step outside to unwind on the large front porch or gather around the backyard firepit with friends.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the lower floor, while the upper floor offers a spacious bedroom with two queen beds and an additional bathroom.
Dogâfriendly and equipped with keyless entry, the Garden Penthouse is designed for both comfort and ease.
Guests will have full access to the space with the exception of a hospitality closet.

This listing is perfect for the outdoor lover! There are running and biking trails just around the corner at the James River Park system and the Forest Hill Park. Fish for smallmouth bass, tan on the warm river rocks or float the historic James River, only a quarter mile away. Multiple public access points including Pony Pasture, Huguenot Flatwater and Reedy Creek. A great three-four hour tubing or kayaking float runs from Pony Pasture put in to Reedy Creek, both less than 3-9 minutes away from this home. Texas Beach, a popular local hangout on the James River, is just over the bridge on the north side.
Youâre only a ten minute drive to The Fan, Carytown, and Museum District. Just over the bridge, take a stroll around Byrd Park or the beautiful gardens of Maymont. Also only 10 minutes to all of the sights and sounds of Downtown Richmond and Shockoe Bottom. Chesterfield and Midlothian are only a 15-20 minute drive, as well.
It`s only a 5 minute walk to a bakery, coffee shop, pizza spot and fine dining; 10 minute walk to hiking and mountain bike trails in Forest Hill Park.
Richmond is home to over twenty breweries! If you are a beer lover, youâre in luck. Several of these are within 10-15 minutes of a drive. Legend Brewery, Richmondâs original Brewery is just a 4 minute drive away and offers a great view of the river and city skyline. Veil Brewing Co. is a 3 minute drive away!
