- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 60 pounds or less, non-aggressive breeds only. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in fines and possible eviction.
- Private Saltwater Pool. Pool heating available for all reservations October to April for an additional fee
- Fenced-in and landscaped backyard with fire pit, seating set, and green space for the pup
