Située dans le coin sud-est le plus populaire de Grayton Beach, à quelques pas du golfe, cette maison de plage au bord du lac, récemment rénovée, a beaucoup de place pour votre grande réunion de famille. Mise à jour des bains à l'étage 2018. L'aspect frais avec de nouveaux meubles vous incitera à revenir pendant des années. La salle Florida et la salle du lac s'ouvrent sur les ponts offrant une vue spectaculaire sur le lac et le golfe. L'ajout d'une piscine privée (19'x32 ') et d'une piscine pour enfants (8'x8') ajoutera du plaisir à vos vacances paradisiaques. Chauffé hors saison moyennant des frais supplémentaires (se renseigner sur le coût actuel). Comprend une salle de jeux avec table de ping-pong, babyfoot, centre de divertissement, quai privé (apportez votre canne à pêche) et des locaux séparés en bas, cuisinière à gaz pour la cuisinière à gaz! Maison a Keurig 2. 0. Distance à la plage - 20 mètres de la passerelle menant à la plage. Wi-Fi gratuit et télévision à écran plat. Avec chaque réservation effectuée auprès de Grayton Coast Rentals, vous recevez un crédit gratuit de 280 $ «Beach Gear» pour une semaine. Location du samedi au samedi. Parking pour 4-6 voitures. NOUVELLES MISES À JOUR pour 2018. Nouvelles portes et fenêtres. Nouveau revêtement. Nouvelle peinture extérieure. Nouveaux (2) chauffe-eau sans réservoir, (2) nouveaux climatiseurs. Le mur entre le salon et le porche a été supprimé, le salon a donc une vue fabuleuse sur la plage, le lac et le golfe. Bains à l'étage remodelé et un ajouté. Nouveau panneau intérieur et lattes aux murs où de nouvelles fenêtres ont été installées. La piscine a été entièrement refaite avec une nouvelle finition. Toutes les planches de quai et le coin salon ont été remplacées sur un quai privé avec une terrasse en bois de type Epay.

Beautiful views and amenities but roaches spoil!

Our whole family agrees that this location with the proximity to gulf AND lake is ideal. It's encouraging to see the improvements that have been made to this beach house over the past few years, too. All of that kind of pales though when you start seeing roaches. There were enough sightings downstairs to make our grandchildren want to sleep upstairs with us. Luckily we had a spare room for them. The ones in the kitchen and family area were too much, though! We sent an email at midnight on Saturday after we arrived, and the rental company was very responsive, having someone there the next morning (Sunday) to address the immediate problem areas and the exterminator there on Monday. We continued to see live and dead ones throughout the week though, so it put a damper on our trip. Not sure if it's a problem for this house or the area but we have not had this problem in any of the other places we have rented up and down 30A over the past 13 years.

Thank you for your review of this great property that has been a family favorite for years. Yes management was out early the next morning to address your issue and then the professionals were out the following day. I will add I personally went to spray the house and did not see a roach or palmetto bug anywhere upstairs or down. The follow up with the pest control company said the exact same thing. I personally followed up with the guest 2 days later, the guest stated there were no further issues. It is quite frustrating to see this review when guest stated there were not further issues. Just note the numerous 5 star reviews on this property and if you look back not one bug complaint. It is Florida and you will occasionally see a palmetto bug in our area. This guest also left the back sliding doors open a-lot which is when a bug can get in. This home is in a great location in Grayton Beaches SE corner on the lake with fabulous views of the lake and Gulf. Beach access directly across the street and a dock on the lake. This home has largest private pool in Grayton Beach too. A family favorite for years as we can tell from so many repeat guest we get in this home every year.

For a big group, it's perfect, especially with so many bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms (and the downstairs for kids). The kitchen and living areas are ideal for gathering, and the pool is the perfect place to spend an afternoon when you grow tired of the beach. Some areas of the house are "well-loved" but overall, it's a great setup. The ice maker was a bonus.

When the house we had rented for years was taken out of the rental options, they found us another house and we like it even better. Nothing fancy to look at, and definitely a beach house, but perfect for our large crowd. The location is perfect for the beach, the lake and it has a great pool. Have reserved it for next year already! The rental company is very responsive to any issues.
