La salle Florida et la salle du lac s'ouvrent sur les ponts offrant une vue spectaculaire sur le lac et le golfe. L'ajout d'une piscine privĂ©e (19'x32 ') et d'une piscine pour enfants (8'x8') ajoutera du plaisir Ă  vos vacances paradisiaques. Beautiful views and amenities but roaches spoil!

Our whole family agrees that this location with the proximity to gulf AND lake is ideal. It's encouraging to see the improvements that have been made to this beach house over the past few years, too. All of that kind of pales though when you start seeing roaches. There were enough sightings downstairs to make our grandchildren want to sleep upstairs with us. Luckily we had a spare room for them. The ones in the kitchen and family area were too much, though! We sent an email at midnight on Saturday after we arrived, and the rental company was very responsive, having someone there the next morning (Sunday) to address the immediate problem areas and the exterminator there on Monday. We continued to see live and dead ones throughout the week though, so it put a damper on our trip. Not sure if it's a problem for this house or the area but we have not had this problem in any of the other places we have rented up and down 30A over the past 13 years.

For a big group, it's perfect, especially with so many bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms (and the downstairs for kids). The kitchen and living areas are ideal for gathering, and the pool is the perfect place to spend an afternoon when you grow tired of the beach. Some areas of the house are "well-loved" but overall, it's a great setup. The ice maker was a bonus.

When the house we had rented for years was taken out of the rental options, they found us another house and we like it even better. Nothing fancy to look at, and definitely a beach house, but perfect for our large crowd. The location is perfect for the beach, the lake and it has a great pool. Have reserved it for next year already! The rental company is very responsive to any issues.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was good overall . The oven went out on the first day there . They did bring a small conversation type oven . The bed at the back of the house was awful. The water in the hall bath and in some of the rooms did not get warm/hot , so must of us took a very cold shower . Over all great location .
