The first floor features a gourmet kitchen, dining area under chandelier lighting, and plush living room along with a Main Floor King Suite. The second floor includes three additional king suites, and a bunk room with sleeping for 4 in twin bunks.
The fenced-in outdoor living space expands through the French doors of the living room to showcase a private cocktail pool (can be heated for an additional fee for reservations October - April) and a screened-in outdoor lounge with summer kitchen, dining, cushioned seating set and outdoor TV.
And don't forget about complimentary use of an LSV (golf cart) available with your reservation (some restrictions). The Dragonfly community pool is a short walk away, and shopping and dining options are close by at the WaterColor Crossings shopping center.
Area Construction - Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water, and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc. and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
