bath condo with an additional sleeping alcove—ideal for couples and small families!

on the covered, newly decorated and furnished deck. The Main bedroom features a King-size bed and
private deck access for your own peaceful retreat.
The cozy alcove just off the kitchen includes a Twin bed with a trundle that easily converts into a second
King, plus a stacked washer/dryer for added convenience. The open-concept living, dining, and full
kitchen space is bright and welcoming, filled with natural light. Enjoy your favorite shows on the
mounted flat-screen TVs in both the living room and Main bedroom and stay connected with high-speed
WiFi throughout your stay.

home.
This property is a Vacation-My-Way so there is a 3-night minimum in effect year-round. Parking at the
building for up to 2 vehicles, neither spot is covered. This building does not have an elevator, it is located
on the 1st floor- which is accessed by a flight of stairs. Guests can bring a boat, but no slip is provided
with the rental. Slips can be rented on a first come-first serve basis from the rental office and trailers
must be stored off-site.
