1 BR Beach House avec parking Ă  quelques pas de South Mission Beach

Profitez de vos vacances à la plage sur une cour tranquille à quelques pas de l'océan. C'est l'escapade parfaite pour les couples ou les petites familles. La maison est située sur le cÎté océan de Mission Blvd, à six maisons de la plage et à environ 2 minutes à pied de l'eau plus calme sur la baie.

Le grand patio à l'avant est partagé avec l'unité occupée par le propriétaire à l'étage. Il y a une grande table et un coin salon sur le patio, avec votre propre barbecue à gaz. A l'intérieur, la chambre a un lit queen size. Il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon ainsi qu'un lit double et des lits jumeaux dans la petite chambre avec lits superposés. Tous les draps et serviettes sont inclus. Le salon dispose également d'une grande télévision à écran plat avec cùble. La maison comprend le wifi, des haut-parleurs pour une utilisation avec un iPod / Android.

Great stay

Property was as advertised. Very clean. Updates. Loved how it was decorated. Nice size kitchen made it nice to cook meals. Plenty of space for myself and two teen kids. Location is great and love having a designated parking space. It is a tight fit so probably wouldn’t fit a full size truck or full size SUV but worked great for our smaller SUV. It is a unit to yourself but attached to the owners home. Could hear owners walking above occasionally but otherwise it was as if we had our own place. Owners seemed great to work with. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Very nice, near beach and still peaceful. Great front patio for group hang time. Nice kitchen. Comfortable beds. Easy for 5 adults. Very narrow parking spot takes some practice.

Can't wait to return!

Clean and well equipped home with an excellent location. Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our vacation as it was within walking distance to everything and had everything we needed for the beach, to barbeque and relax. The hosts were wonderful!

We found a gem on Mission Beach!

Could not have been more pleased with our unit. We chose it for the location and reviews. Location was excellent, for sure. And the reviews were spot on. Very clean. House was so comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were especially well done. Beds were comfortable--I am a very picky about sheets (to the point of packing my own bedding, just in case) and am happy to report that bedding was up to standards! We had a little snafu in which we couldn't find something and the owners were so kind to respond graciously and help us, even though it was obvious and we were just overlooking it! Parking was great--but, definitely wouldn't have wanted a bigger car than our midsize SUV just for ease of parking. We felt very safe and even let our 9 year old take a stroll down to the beach (about half a dozen houses down) on his own while we ate breakfast on the lovely patio. So great! Thanks to Mandy and Marshall for a 5 star stay in San Diego.

Fabulous family getaway

We had an amazing stay here and would definitely come back again! We loved spending time on the patio and the short walk to the beach. It was also an easy 15 minute drive to many nearby San Diego attractions. The parking spot is very tight, but we were grateful to have the reserved parking. Our kids loved the bunk beds and this was a very comfortable for our family of 4. The hosts were wonderful and helpful when needed.

Perfect Beach House for our Family of 5!

We loved this property! The bunk beds were perfect for our 7 and 4 year old. A travel crib was provided for our toddler which was extremely helpful to not have to bring our own. The wagon for beach toys and chairs (all provided) was an added bonus to make our beach experience the best. The location cannot be beat. The boardwalk was steps away, we walked everywhere for meals and entertainment. The only time we used our van was to visit the Zoo. This was our 2nd vacation at this property and we look forward to booking again!

This property did not disappoint!

Such a cute, clean and well appointed 2 bedroom beach house which really is steps away from the beach as advertised. The location was perfect with restaurants, a coffee shop, and Belmont Park close by.

Wonderful property

The beach house was beautiful and functional. It was nicely decorated, and had a great layout. There was a lot of attention to detail for the needs of their guest. They were both friendly and attentive making sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend this beach house to family and friends planning a visit to Mission beach.

Generational spring break

The property and location were wonderful. The property manager was very flexible with letting us drop off our belongings a bit early with minimal notice. The unit was well stocked and thought out. Lots of things to do very close by. It was a great stay.

Location, Location, Location

The condo was nice but small. It worked for our family of 5. The location is amazing.. 50 ft to mission beach. Short walk to Belmont and restaurants. Sara’s taco stand and Capri pizza is right across the street and both very good. We explored a lot of San Diego and everything was in 15-20 minutes of the condo.

What a wonderful place to experience Mission Beach! Well equipped in and out. Very short walk to the boardwalk and the ocean. Close to restaurants. Friendly and responsive hosts. We will be back.

We recently relocated back to San Diego after 20 years in the Bay Area. Having grown up in San Diego, I always felt that South Mission had the most beautiful beach in San Diego. A wide white sandy beach and never crowded. We were excited to find this home and to be so close to both the ocean and the bay, and to be able to share it with our guests.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The house is located on a quiet court on the beach side of Mission Blvd. We are in walking distance to food, drink, swimming & sunning on the beach or bay. You can really get by without a car.
