Kayak's and paddle board's provided for enjoyment steps from back deck or bring your boat to our private dock! 2 Story home sleeps up to 14 people with 6 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom plus an outdoor shower. Open floor plan includes Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast bar that seats 4 guests and overlooks the Dining Room. Spacious Family Room for large gatherings with french doors to the beautiful deck . 1st Floor Master Suite with California King, also offers french doors to deck and its own Master bath. Perfect for large groups, the 2nd floor offers 5 additional bedrooms and access to covered porch sitting area. Large flat screen TV's in all Bedrooms and the Gathering area . Built in electric fireplace in the living room, perfect for Fall/Winter rentals. . Central Heating and Air . 2nd floor covered porch with sitting area is very peaceful Washer/Dryer on site. Beautiful and peaceful

This location is perfect if you want a tranquil peaceful stay. We enjoyed all the amenities offered. Being on the bay provided a more quiet location away from all craziness yet close enough to drive to all the sites and enjoy the beach and shops etc... This house was perfect and gave us the space we needed for our family. Felt like a home not a rental. Highly recommend this place.

Weekend wedding

Property was great. We had a wedding and rented the house. Enjoyed being on the water and getting on the paddle boards and fishing off the deck. Definitely would go back and recommend

Great Stay!

Our stay was excellent. We had a group of friends gathering for a long weekend at the shore celebrating a wedding at the Mallard. The venue was a short drive away and the beach was a short drive away for a day trip. The backyard was perfect for gathering together while other friends got ready. The home was spacious, clean, and very welcoming. Would love to come back!

Family Vacation

We had a great time,the house was beautiful and large enough to accommodate a big family like mine , my kids enjoyed the direct access to the bay and kayaks and paddle boards supplied by the owners. Cheryl is a amazing owner and any questions we had she answered us immediately.I would highly recommend this home to anyone with a large family like mine .

Beautiful Location and lots of space

We were attending a family wedding so there were 9 of us staying together. It was great space to enjoy each others company but plenty of room to spread out. We were able to park 6 cars between the garage and front parking area which was great! Nice quiet neighborhood. Gorgeous view on the deck and plenty of room there to enjoy the sun. Would definitely Recommend for a large group. Cheryl was great and so responsive!!

Best Family Vacation Ever!

This beautiful and well appointed home ticked all the boxes for my big family from easy access to the beach to the back yard dock for my son's fishing boat. Oh how our teens loved the water toys! The layout was perfect for large family dinners or a quiet afternoon on the porch with a good book. The beds were very comfy and all the bedrooms were a nice size. Having all my children and grandchildren under one roof was a blessing. All my family members hope to be able to return next year.

Amazing!

Our stay was absolutely amazing from check in to check out! The house was spotless, the couch and all the beds and pillows were very comfortable, the views from the rooms were lovely and the back deck was spacious and ideal for a large group. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked with what we needed. The dishwasher was excellent and really got everything clean. Laundry was great too. The house was close to all shopping and activities. There is a bay beach for little ones 3 minutes away! We had the BEST stay and highly recommend the house and area.
