Be the first to stay at our gorgeous new beach house! Brand new construction custom built lagoon front in Beach Haven West. 4 Bedrooms with 4 Baths! 3 King Beds and 4 full size mattresses in bunk beds. Bottom bunk bed hold 430lbs and top bed holds 380lbs. Enjoy the paddle board, kayak, peloton, board games, fire pit, BBQ , corn-hole, football toss or just pull your boat right up.

25 foot dock has plenty room to bring your boat or rent one for the day from get my boat or boat setter app.

Minutes from LBI. Lagoon waterfront house with no bridges to go under. Lagoon goes straight out to the bay.

Property sits on a double lot. Can fit 2 cars in the indoor garage and 5 outside if needed.

Love this rental! Spent the last 2 summers here with our kids and grandkids. Accommodations were perfect for all of us. Owner is quickly responsive to any questions.

Perfect wedding weekend stay

We had a great time at John & Kelley's property. It was close to our daughter's wedding venue and easy to navigate to beach and restaurants. The house is gorgeous, it seems brand new, and the owners supply most everything you need. John & Kelley were quick to respond and communicated with us prior to arriving. Thanks for the great stay!

The house has great bones!! The owner was amazing to deal with, super responsive !! The neighbors around the house were also friendly. Hanging out on the 2 porch’s and the ground floor area by the dock gave us a lot of options. The upper deck on July 4th gave us a 180 degree of the firework show!!!The home provided paddle boards and kayaks my family had a blast using them .Great place to stay!!!

Beautiful home in Beach Haven West

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home right on the lagoon. It’s a 5 minute drive to a bay beach which was perfect for the little ones and only 10 minutes from ship bottom beach. It was so peaceful and relaxing sitting outside on the deck. It was nice to be away from all the congestion in LBI but still close enough to drive when we wanted to go to shops, restaurants and the arcade!

Great stay

We had a nice family vacation at John's place in Manahawkin. The house was clean, bright, and the deck in the back of the house was lovely. Since this house is in Manahawkin, it is about a 15 minute ride away from the closest beach, so it's not exactly a beach house, but it's nice if you'd like an escape from the hustle and bustle of the island. The property is right on the bay, and there are paddle boards and kayaks which were fun for the teenagers on our trip. Overall, a lovely property and vacation.

Wonderful, clean, and modern home

We stayed at the property with another family (3 kids under 2 years old) and had a wonderful time. The house is immaculate, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is spacious, and the dining table accommodated our whole group. While you have to drive to get to a beach, the area still worked for us as we had Manahawkin Lake Park playground 5min away, ship bottom beach 10min away, and several family-friendly restaurants to choose from. John and Kelley were excellent hosts and super responsive. Would highly recommend.

Awesome family vacation

Our family had a great vacation here for a week. John & Kelley were always quick to respond and we had no issues. The house was beautiful with plenty of room. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and nighttime fishing on the dock. There is a free, bay beach which was perfect for little kids only a quick 5 minute drive away and then the beautiful ship bottom beach was only a 10 minute drive. It was nice being away from the “congestion” of LBI but still close enough to enjoy it. Fantasy island amusement park, mini golf, and great restaurants were between 10-20 minutes away! Thank you for a wonderful week!
