Stunning Waterfront Home with Private Beach!

Well-appointed waterfront home on the Connecticut shoreline. Home features its own private beach, uninterrupted views, freshly painted interior, central AC, excellent heating/propane fireplace, washer/dryer, propane gas grill. Charming in all seasons. Located among some of Connecticut's most charming towns (such as Essex, Chester, Mystic).

House is well air conditioned in the summer months; and, nice and toasty in the cooler months. Wonderful local dining and shopping, small art galleries and all various sports (tennis, fall horseback riding, yoga...).

This is a close-knit neighborhood where the neighbors respect one another. Ideal property for a tranquil family vacation. Area is very quiet from Labor Day to June, and more populated in June, July and August.

Please note from June 15 to Labor Day, rental is by the week only (Saturday to Saturday).

Slice of heaven

House is beautifully updated in great location. Views of ocean from porch were perfect and while the weather wasn’t hot, we were able to relax on the beach. Highly recommend

The location and the house were fantastic. Views were gorgeous. Everything was clean and well thought out. The parking would be hard if you had an SUV or multiple cars. And living room furniture was not the easiest layout for a family but we really enjoyed our stay.

Beachfront Oasis

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this beachfront home in Clinton. Communication was excellent, the home was clean and had all of the essentials for a quiet, peaceful week away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. It was great to have the small backyard with a lawn, as well as the private beach, to enjoy on the beautiful weather days. Having the sun porch also allowed us to enjoy the ocean view on the days that were not so nice. Close to some great local restaurants too. Definitely sad to leave at the end of the week!

This home is so well cared for and spotless. The waterfront location can’t be beat and the host is attentive and welcoming. We will definitely book again when back in town visiting family.

Absolute gem

This is a wonderful little house in a fabulous spot. Cleanliness and check-in could not have been easier. The owner even sent a text midway just asking if everything was okay. The house itself is nicely situated on a quiet beach, but close (3min drive) to stores and restaurants. Really a spectacular place. We will be coming back.

Great stay on the CT Shore

We had a great stay at this perfectly located home on the CT shore. Each morning we were able to enjoy beautiful sunrises over the Long Island Sound. The house was super clean and comfortable with everything that we needed, and ideal for our family over the winter holidays. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful December beach getaway weekend

The beach house felt welcoming the moment we walked in the door, and it was tidy and very clean. The views were SPECTACULAR, especially from both the master bedroom and that gem of a sunroom. It was a lovely weekend. Kudos to Rob for offering such a wonderful place!!

Can't wait to go back!

The house is absolutely amazing, with a pristine, tastefully decorated interior and views of the Sound that can't be beat! There are wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby along with some beautiful parks where you can fish, hike and picnic. The owner Rob was very helpful and easy to work with. We are looking forward to returning soon!
