->11 AM CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS<- 1) Load all used dishes into the dishwasher and run. 2) Place used towels in the clothes washer (do not start).
3) Consolidate all trash and drop it in the trash shoot (Take the fob, make a left out of the unit, follow the hall to the end, and take a left; trash shoots are past the door at end of the walkway).
4) Place the entry fob on the dining table before leaving (not needed for exit).

The apartment was clean and the location was great (very close from the downtown Decatur). The only thing that made me a little confused was the instructions how to get in the place but other than that we really enjoyed to staying the place.

Nice clean apartment in a good location. MARTA stop is very close. Rob is an excellent communicator. He deserves more than five stars.

Nice property, just as portrayed. Very clean and well equipped. Secure parking and elevators. Host was very responsive to questions. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay again at this property.

Downtown Decatur

Great location for a one bedroom in Downtown Decatur. The check in was a bit confusing, but was able to communicate with the owner at the time of check in which helped. The only downside was a fire alarm building wide that occurred after 11:00 pm. I had no way of communicating with anyone in the bldg at the time. Scary as it work me from a sound sleep.Owner says it is rare.The only other thing that bothered me is some sketchy activity of others in the parking deck, mostly during evening hours.
