The house was beautiful, clean, and very well designed. I could see myself living here for sure. All the amenities work great and added value to our stay. The location is also close to everything a guess might need; restaurants, stores, the beach, the outlets, and more. Perfect.

Wonderful stay near the airport

We had a wonderful stay here! Place was beautiful and the location was A. It was perfect for my group. The local cats even came by to visit us in the backyard!

Close to everything!

The home was as expected. Kind neighbors and family friendly neighborhood. The only downside was the pool was not clean when we arrived but the host had someone come out the next day. The host was highly responsive. Overall, We had a pleasant stay.

The pool was not cleaned for the first 5 days we were there. VRBO advertising hot tub, free breakfast and check out at 11:00 am. There is no hot tub and free breakfast and we had to checkout at 10:00 am. Other than that, the interior was very clean and comfortable.

We came to a pool filled with debris and trash littering the enclosed area. The house smelled of stagnant water and we were unable to use the pool for 3/4 of our stay.

Jennifer notified me about the pool on the day she arrived (Thursday) and storm Idalia hit Florida on Wednesday (the day before). Most houses with pools got more debris than normal. My pool company cleans and services the pool every Friday. I called them immediately once I heard from Jennifer and asked them to go there asap. They got there at 9:03am on Friday morning and cleaned and treated the pool. Unfortunately I have no control over mother nature and the debris it left in the pool and around the pool. Jennifer only notified me of the smell in the house when she checkout. If she had notified me immediately, I could have sent someone to rectify the problem. I am sorry her experience was below par but I did everything in my power (as long as I was aware) to facilitate her.

Nice house

A neat house but with potential to grow. The landlord were kind and answered promptly. A well equipped kitchen with everything needed. Really nice bathrooms. The couch in the tv-area was worn and did not smell good. The chairs in the dining room area were old and worn. The light switch in the bathroom was not complete. We didn’t manage to open the door for the garage and it looked like the washing machine leaked water. The house is equipped with air-con placed on the windows. It made some noise but not unbearable and they worked. Around the house a lot cats were present - a cat limb was placed but we didn’t check it out. The pool was not covered and that meant leaves etc fell in it. Pool was not warmed up, but it was not an issue.

Anja, thank you for your feedback. I will address the couch. You mentioned that it has an odor. I will also address the chairs in the living to see what can be done. The washing machine was leaking. A repair was ordered for that. Regarding the cats we have placed animal friendly alarms in the yard to help with that but as long as the neighbors feed the cats, they will continue to roam freely.
