The space
•This rental is located in a residential neighborhood.
• Loud parties and -disruptive behavior are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service. Quiet hours are 10pm-10am.
• Two(2) car maximum allowed.*
• Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited.
• During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are required to access this Unit.

This house is modern & comfortable with spectacular 180 degree views! The house was recently renovated and has two bedrooms, two baths and a loft. The dining room and master bedroom both have views of Lake Tahoe. There is a full kitchen, wood burning stove, and flat screen television.

Unfortunately we do not have a washer & dryer available to guests at this time. However, there is a laundry pickup and delivery service that serves our area and is very affordable, we will arrange for two cleanings included in your stay and you can add as many additional laundry days as needed at cost of service.

***STAIRS: Stairway to Heaven... great Led Zeppelin song and great description of our stairs. We get our unobstructed view by living at the top of a hill so we have quite a few stairs (150 to be exact!). We think the view is worth the exercise, but might not be the best spot if you have trouble getting around or have very small children. If you instabook with us please confirm that you have read this section, we don’t want to have any guest feel blindsided when they arrive.

Winter Guests: We highly recommend that any guests visiting Tahoe in the winter bring snow-boots, for safety walking and for warmth… your feet will thank you.
