Lovely property! Quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, but not too far away! Nashville takes less than 30 minutes and you are just a few minutes from charming downtown Franklin!

My friend and I enjoyed a wonderful stay in this lovely house. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. We loved waking up to the birds singing, as we enjoyed morning coffee on the screened-in porch. We loved strolling down the long driveway to explore the babbling brook across the road. The location is private, but close to everything that Franklin has to offer! The host was the best! All in all, this was a great place to stay!

Very accommodating. Steps were a little bit too much for 4 ladies 70-90 yrs old. But once we conquered the steps, the interior was fantastic—very well appointed and maintained!

I appreciate your review as I take extreme pride in my property. My cleaning lady texted me pictures of dirty towels all over the bathroom floors and trash overflowing. I am having to pay her extra for the time and extra effort she had to put into the cleaning and preparation. The towels were instructed to be started and trash taken out on the directions. I am disappointed in how things were left to my house and saddens me to have to writes this. Blessings

The host, Frank was very welcoming. We found everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Grocery store, Dicks sporting goods and downtown were all so close!We were able to visit with family who were close by too.The outdoor cat was a warm addition to our family stay.

The home was just as described. Furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Frank, the host, was very responsive and available for questions. The location is a five minute drive from downtown Franklin. It is located very near the location of the Battle of Franklin which is now a lovely park. There is plenty of room for the family inside and out.

The house is very nice. Bedrooms spacious, bathrooms both nice and great open living space. The yard is so spacious, pretty and private. The screened in porch was great. Boots the outdoor cat was so sweet! Would definitely stay here again.

The house and location were perfect. The house was clean and quiet, beds / mattresses were the most comfortable ever! The town of Franklin was very convenient with lots shopping and restaurants! We will definitely stay here again!!

Lovely Home

This home was the perfect place for my mini family reunion. We needed a comfortable place to hang out, play games, and eat treats all day -- and this property fit the bill perfectly.
