Welcome to our stunning 3,670 Sq. Ft. beach home—perfect for family and friends! With 6 comfy bedrooms, 2 spacious living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, arcade, and a backyard pool to enjoy gorgeous Floridian sunsets, this home blends space and style. Just 0.3 miles from the beach and near top attractions like NASA, you can even catch rocket launches from the house. Your perfect vacation escape awaits—we’d love to host your stay!

★ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ★

- Check-in is at 4PM / Check-out is at 10AM.
- A barbecue grill is NOT provided.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- The entrance to the complex is gated.

★ POOL INFO ★

- The pool heat is NOT included in your stay.
- Pool heat fee: $35/night + taxes.
- Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3-‱ day advance notice.
- Note: It takes 24 hours for the water to be heated.
- Pool size: 11’ x 22’.

You must ensure your children’s safety, including supervision at all times and staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home.

Great location, but


We enjoyed this house and its location. It was spacious and well laid out. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad, nor was the walk to the community pool. The house pool area was a great area to sit and relax after hanging by the beach all day.However, the house did have a few issues. The water at the kitchen sink didn’t get very hot and the dishwasher didn’t always dispense the soap. The dryer took 2-3 times to dry our clothes and towels. We like to stay in and cook. The

Nice property, good management

This property was good, but not great. We stayed with three generations of family with a total of 13 in our party. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen had many of the tools needed to prepare meals. There was room to spread out in smaller groups, and gather all of us together. The beach access is great. The pool at the house is small but well heated as requested. The community pool at the clubhouse is unheated and was too cold during our stay. Main drawbacks were some items that were broken. Staying in VRBOs over the years I've gotten somewhat used to this, but it's still disappointing and annoying. Mostly I'm annoyed at previous tenants for not taking care of things, but also with the property manager for not repairing them. At this house, the built-in arcade game system was not usable due to the joysticks being broken. A number of the utensils in the kitchen had the handles falling off. An exterior light fixture was missing a screw so the glass shade hung open and the light bulb was out. Are these things that wreck a stay? No. But they do detract from it and for what you pay for these places I always expect a little more than what we usually get. I do give the property management company high marks for communication. My messages and calls were always returned promptly.

Family Birthday Party

The house was nice and spacious. Checkin is a bit late at 4pm. Should be 3pm. There should be more pots and pans for cooking. A map showing the walkable beach access would be beneficial.

The property is decorated really nice and was very clean. Perfect for a family get together. Close to the beach and nice to have own pool!

Weekend Family Reunion

perfect getaway for family on multiple levels except at check-in management was MIA for about 30 min and left us stranded. Ended up being a minor inconvenience but should be corrected in future. Otherwise, management and property were both great.
