- We do not provide the gas, the guest is responsible for the purchase and installation.
- If damages are encountered in the pool area and/or inside the house due to misconduct of the grill (includes trash, oil, debris, etc.), a penalty fee will be applied.

Beautiful home and location. One of the beds was missing a sheet and when I asked about it, Marriott Vacations asked for a picture… but the online form doesn’t allow attachments. Then they sent a link for the picture that didn’t work. In addition, one of the steps leading to the 2nd floor was loose and nearly caused a serious injury to an elderly guest. Amazing upscale rental with sub par maintenance.

Huge Beautiful Home

We had 6 couples (33-42 years old) stay here for a weekend and had an amazing time. Tons of room for all 12 of us. Almost every room has their own full washroom. Sun on the pool all day, shade becomes sparse in the later afternoon. Only downsides were BBQ use not being included, with the amount it costs use of BBQ should be included, and bunk beds would be better as another room with a queen.

Gated Getaway

Real plus to this property is it is in a gated community, but at the closest end to the beach. Most people in the community have a long walk or drive, not this property. You are right by the gate and the beach is right across the street. It is very large with many bedrooms to accommodate many people. Very roomy. Lots of space to lounge. Pool and patio area was great. The neighboring houses are a little close together. Keep in mind you use the right side of the beach as the left side is owned by private places, that get a little cranky if you encroach on their side, but plenty of beach space. Would stay there again.

Space Center and Beach Getaway

Beautiful and spacious house with short walk to beach and nice pool. Love that each family had their own bathroom and grandkids had their own space. We were confused with what to do with garbage and check out process, the management team responded promptly to every request.

The Perfect Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved our recent stay! The house was beautiful and accommodating for a large group. The beach was extremely close and you had access to very clean bathrooms on the beach so you did not have to walk back even though the house was close. We were also able to heat the private pool at an affordable cost which was nice since it was cold towards the end of our stay. The management company was also very responsive and answered any of our questions in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again!

We went to celebrate our daughters 16th. Initially our reservation cancelled due to the hurricane. The only issues were all the outdoor furniture was inside the house, the pool water was extremely hot and there was no lights in the master that we had to figure.out.

Great Home

Communication is a huge thing for me and from day one I stayed in contact with them from beginning to the end. They were awesome! The home was beautiful and spacious for my family of 11. Very clean, plenty of towels, nice pool, and great location from the beach. Easy check in and easy check out. The only thing missing, that would have been great, was TVs in two of the rooms that didn’t have one. Other than that, I would highly recommend using this home as a vacation home!

Perfect Everything

This was the perfect house for our vacation. The house itself was clean and large enough to fit our whole group with everyone having their own room as well as bathroom. It is a smart and open layout making it easy for our whole group to be together, including the space out in the pool area. The house is in a gated community which helps keep the neighborhood quiet and safe. The location of the house is on the east side of the neighborhood making our daily beach visits a quick and easy walk. We did also walk often to the west side of the neighborhood which had a large community pool and hot tub and was a great spot to watch the sunset. I hope this will be an annual vacation spot for our family and friends. We absolutely loved it!

House was nice pool was awesome. Only issue we had which was pretty nasty was the flys. There were 100’s of little flys I told the agent and she said thanks for letting her know. They were in the fridge and ruined all of our groceries. Other than that it was good

Nice house!

The house is well located and very nicely furnished. Kitchen is well equipped. We found the pillows could be of better quality and gave our feedback to management about a few other things such as dishwasher not working, fridge water filter needed replacement and the fact that there was only one roll of toilet paper and a small soap in each bathroom. At this price range, in my vacation I wasn’t expecting to have to buy these items. All in all we had a great time and made do with what we had.

Great house

Nice big house and close to the beach. The first day we were there the pool pump was turned off - issue resolved the next day. Toward the end of our stay the pool heat (which we paid extra for) was not working - the last 2 days of our stay. Problem was still not resolved when we left so disappointed with this. Otherwise nice big house.

The home was lovely. As described. New. Beds and couches were really comfortable for sleeping. There was plenty of space for our group of 13, 3 families, to spread out. Showers were nice. Pool was perfect but there was not one lick of privacy you could see and hear your neighbors on either side and behind. Just a short walk, one block away, was the ocean. Ocean was very rough- rip tide alerts daily. Beach was just okay and there weren't many people there at all. No lifeguard at least on the area across the street and accessible with code during our stay. Internet was spotty. Cookware leaves a lot to be desired. Kind of a one pot, one pan situation. Modern home, not beach themed like some prefer. Property manager was very responsive to any need in a timely manner. We rate it a 8/10.

Nice But Not Great

It was a relatively new house in a great location. Big. 6 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths. Many parts of the rental were very nice. In particular the management group was very responsive. Some things were not perfect. We paid the extra $35 a day plus tax to have the pool heated, but the pool was heated to 104 degrees, and even after many calls it remained unusable. Yes we did get a refund but the pool was a major decision maker since one of our party uses a wheelchair and looked forward to floating around. The pool was also very small. The house offered multiple large screen TVs and stated they were smart TVs. Every TV today is a smart TV and so we were shocked that they did not work even during some major sporting events that some of our party watched on their phone. A clearer way to depict the TVs was as streaming only versus smart. Yet we had multiple streaming service subscriptions among us and still could not utilize the TVs. Numerous screenshots were sent to management. There were some maintenance issues that we pointed out to management that needed fixing. Finally this faily expensive house had a grill but you had to pay an additional $100 plus your own propane to use. We decided not.

Birthday excursion!

The property itself was very spacious! The pool was cool refreshing and fun. And the property location was excellent. Communication with host to resolve any issues could be better. Assessment of furniture and trash removal after every check out should be completed so that the new check in is not taking trash out and repairing furniture or addressing these issues.
