The property was perfect for our stay! We were within 15 minutes of St. Pete beach as well as other beaches. The fenced in patio area was great for our pet to be able to be outside but be able to roam around. Great kitchen for eating in if you so choose, and having a washer and dryer as great, too! Check in and check out were easy!

Easy to check in! Very convenient and cozy property. Came down to St Pete for a music festival and stayed almost a week. House has everything you need! Covered porch and private back yard are a good bonus. Host is easy to communicate with and provides plentiful local business suggestions.

The property was clean on arrival and perfectly sized for 2 adults and 2 children. Perks: shampoo, conditioner and body wash already on shower. Nice! The fenced in backyard was perfect for our little fur baby to run around freely and get out his zoomies too. The pull out sofa wasn't very comfortable, but, the queen size blow up mattress did the job so no complaints. One of us slept on the couch itself and it was super soft. My only critique, honestly, is the window facing east is directly in front of the TV. So when the sun shines thorough, which is most of the day, it's hard to see the TV. Maybe installing blackout curtains only along that wall would be helpful. Other than that, we'd definitely come back! Great locations to go to everywhere.

Nice cozy twin cottage

The property was in a quiet neighborhood centrally located to various venues. Newly remodeled with a nice kitchen, roomy bathroom, large TV’s and a comfortable bed. The fenced in patio for privacy was a nice touch with a grill. Juan and Evelyn were great hosts. We would stay there again if in the area.

We enjoyed having Connie and her Husband stay with us. It’s always nice to have guests that are respectful of the home and treat it like their own. We would love to have Connie stay with us again in the future. We hope you return soon!

Home away from home

This location was perfect for our needs. Great location easy access to beaches. Hosts were very quick to respond to our questions and requests. Very helpful and respectful. We were lucky that the next door neighbours were fairly quiet. Highly recommend.

Juan and Evelyn’s place

We found the property to be spotless with everything that we could have wanted. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood close to a park with small lakes and a very nice walking path. Good AC and all facilities worked well. Should we return to St Pete, we will surely see if this is available again!

All the comforts of home!

Thank to Evelyn and Juan we had a fantastic time with our stay in Florida. The Duplex was newly remodled and very clean. The location was perfect, very close to everything. St. Petes beach was only 15 minutes away! Juan came over that morning to replace batteries in the smoke alarm. Nice people i would rent from them again.

Nice stay!

This apartment is in a nice location if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the beach hotels (which we did). The neighborhood is very quiet and we appreciated that, especially at night. Everything was brand new and clean. The sheets on the fold out bed were dirty when we checked in however, it was an easy fix to just throw them into the washing machine! The owners were extremely responsive even when we locked ourselves out of the unit! 🙄 Overall, we were very pleased with our stay!

Week vacation

The only thing we were missing was face clothes and kleenex. There is no sound barrier so it was very noisy as people arrived after midnight and their young family members ran screeching and playing upon arrival well after midnight!! Also tv and shouting within the unit to each other was also loud.!!

Hello and good morning BrendaLee, thanks for for your review, we will take care of your recommendation of what is missing for our next guest, and about the noise complaint yes we know it because the other guest told us that their noise upon arrival was loud and woke up you, they didn't follow the house rules about avoiding loud noises after 11pm, and again im so sorry about that, hopefully your stay was a good experience
