Check in was extremely easy and parking directions were very clear. The place was pretty clean. The bed was comfortable and it was just enough space for me and my daughter. I was there to visit family and attend several events and the location was only a few minutes from where I needed to be which was convenient. Thank you for having us.

The property was an excellent value for money close to downtown and 275. Only two minor complaints. No control over the HVAC and the matress is not very comfortable. But will stay again when back in St Petersburg.

The place was nice on the inside and the host was always there to answer my questions. However the place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. For this reason I will not use this place again.

The area nice inconvenient to get to all the places that we needed to get to. 9 mins from the funeral home. Whomever they have “ cleaning “needs a lesson. 1. The bedding should be changed after each guest stays. Not reused for the next one. (thank goodness I brought blankets because that’s what we had to lay down to lay on)2. The kitchen counters appeared clean the wall on the counter and the cabinet doors had dirty, fingerprints, and food smears3. I saw some smudges underneath the light switch for the bathroom and kitchen lights when I looked further. It was blood smears and droplets on the wall and on the door frame going into the bathroom4. In the bathroom, there were hairs in the sink. The toilet had been halfway wiped down with buildup of dust hair, dirt and urine along the bottom5. The shower looked OK until you looked at the showerhead. It had some type of something6. You can put your arm through the door frame and the window between the bathroom and the kitchen living area. They share the same window so if someone in the kitchen decides to pull up the shade, whoever is in the bathroom can be caught off guard by that7. All of the shades look to have watermarks along the bottom8. The window shade by the front door in the kitchen has blood droplets on it as well- AC- 1 vent from main house that you do not have control of. It was hot.

The room was as advertised. I had to contact the host with a question about the key lock and the temperature in the room, but she called me back right away. At first, I was curious about the neighborhood, but ultimately found it to be fine. I was on my own-- entering late at night-- so safety is important to me. I was pleased with the accommodations and would recommend it for up to 2 persons or perhaps a family of 3 that is okay staying in a very small room.

Few areas for improvement- Unit only had one towelNo broom or dust pan No trash bags, just one small Walmart bag in trashSmelled of marijuana multiple times (HVAC is shared with main unit) so when they smoke you smell itShared AC with main unit so no control over temp. Needs curtains, there was roll down blinds but very see through at night.
