Perfect family oriented home

My three children and I adored this home. A home that actually felt like home away from home. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect communication from owners, and perfect spot not far from surrounding beaches.

All the key wall outlets were old style 2 prongs. We found a drawer full of 3 to 2 prong adapters but some wouldn’t stay in the outlet so couldn’t use them such as the mast bedroom. Curtains were not lined and could be seen through at night. Some items in kitchen like pots and pans and panini grill were dirty and needed to be cleaned before use. A kitchen drawer had mouse droppings. Second bedroom nightstand had a dead roach in it. Washer had a problem and wouldn’t unlock but owner set a repair for the next day and it was fine after that. Drawers in bathroom and both bedrooms were not on glides which made them difficult to open and close without pulling them out all the way and were difficult to close. Location is convenient near grocery and other stores. Roomy enough for two including kitchen size, dining area and living area. Carport is nice for rain and keeping car in the shade. Quiet neighborhood.

Everything you need for a beach vacation

Great house for us and our two teenagers. Within just a few minutes to the public beach access and stores. And best of all, the host has your beach vacation in mind with everything you need for the beach!! Bring your family and some food, they have the beach chairs, towels, umbrella, & cooler covered for you! Next time we come, we'll be staying here again!

Wedding weekend

It was our son's wedding. We were so glad to have a clean, quiet place to come to for rest. We got to meet the host (a very pleasant and accomodating person) as we arrived a few minutes early. Very cozy and decorated cute.

Feels like a home!

My sister and I had a great weekend in this clean, homey house. My niece and husband joined us for an evening. Very quiet, nice neighborhood. Close to grocery and beach. Loved the porch as I read out there every morning. Check-out instructions are easy and clear. We even borrowed the great beach chairs and beach towels available. We really enjoyed our time here! It was good for our purposes. The maintenance could be more proactive. The flower beds are nothing but weeds and the grass was only mowed once in the two weeks we were there and it was pretty long when mowed. Also the front porch light and the electric socket by the dining table did not work and the bedroom fans were noisy Partial food was left from previous tenants like open olive oils that could be rancid and coffee grounds in unsealed containers.

FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY

I needed a place where we could stay with my daughter, her husband and our 7 month old granddaughter from Grand Rapids Michigan. I could not have picked a better play to stay for our mini vacation.The house was immaculate with a seperate dining area and lanai that had doors for privacy. We liked that there were several areas to go especially with a 7 month old girl. Nikki has provided everything you possibly could need.for your stay. Besides a full kitchen there is a fully stocked coffee bar. We had use of beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels.There is a washer and dryer as we washed the beach towels and some baby clothes. The house was very comfortable for the 4 adults and 1 baby. I can very highly recommend this house and plan to use it again in the future when I can get my granddaughter back to Florida. Joe P.

We love hosting this home near the beach. We have been hosting for several years now and have had so many happy guests. We hope that you will enjoy the quiet neighborhood, the kitchen amenities, and the peaceful enclosed patio.

The neighborhood is private in the sense that it is off the main flow of traffic and is quiet. Kind of like living in a cul-de-sac.

Our property offers a cottage feel with the amenities of a home. Two bedrooms with queen beds, as well as a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, provide plenty of space for six guests. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals and is open to the living room and the back patio. This is great for families and gathering with friends. The enclosed patio provides shade as well as a quiet place to read and drink your coffee in the morning. You can also enjoy al fresco meals! The best part is that you are only 6 minutes away from the beach!
