Wonderful, Quiet Apartment with Excellent Amenities

We had an amazing experience staying at this accomodation! The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The interior is spacious, very well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. Everything was exactly as described, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free.Having a dedicated parking space right in front of the house was extremely convenient. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist us whenever needed.We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning in the future!

Very disappointing

Arrived to a mess: beds not made, moldy food in the frig, toilet not clean, dirty dishes in the sink. Host claimed she misunderstood the date for our arrival. Door lock combination was one digit off so we had trouble getting in. Did not stay. Asked for a refund.

Cute, but musty

The apartment in downtown Bradenton was wonderfully spacious and well-renovated, making it an ideal spot for our visit. Despite its great decor and amenities, we did experience a bit of mustiness that seemed to linger on linens, towels, and even our clothes. The owner made efforts to address the issue with a dehumidifier and heating, but unfortunately, the smell persisted throughout the property. I wanted to share this feedback, and while it could be related to the time of year, it’s essential for potential renters to be aware, especially considering the disparity between the many 5-star reviews and the isolated mention of mustiness.

Best stay ever!

My husband and I stayed for 2 days for our honeymoon directly after our wedding! The property itself is bigger than we expected and that worked perfectly for us! We even went outside after the first day to see people doing yoga in the front yard of the property next to us! Oceral a very clean property 10/10 would recommend to others!

Absolutely adorable place

This was by far one of the nicest and accurately advertised VRBO's we've used over the years. Location was great and close to everywhere we wanted/needed to go. Beds were comfortable and the whole apartment was refreshing to come back to after a long day of walking/sightseeing. Would definitely stay again.

This condo is exactly as pictured. Bright and clean! Property owner did an excellent job with the renovations. It was the perfect place for our trip. Plenty of room for our family of four.

Simply Delightful

New and clean, this 3 bedroom had all of the amenities you need. Laundry with pods, dishwasher, high-speed WiFi, comfortable beds! Not the best part of town, but everyone was very friendly, and a short walk to many eateries, especially breakfast.

Delightful convenient safe clean and fully provisioned dwelling. Minor challenges, of old age origin no doubt, with the tv remote and the dryer along with some minor furniture rearranging needs all added to make my stay pleasantly memorable. Host Jackie could not have been more gracious and helpful. I would certainly return if Bradenton is again in my sights.

Clean and Comfy

We had a very nice stay at this charming property. It's on the second floor of a very cute old building with private entry way on the first floor. We had a stroller and heavy camera equipment, and the little entry way was very convenient to leave these items securely down at the bottom of the stairs. Very comfy beds, LOVELY living room and dining room, cute well equipped kitchen. The furnishing are as gorgeous as the pictures and very comfortable. There was a bit of a musty smell however, there had just been a major hurricane in the area and the owner had an air purifier going when we arrived. It seems they are aware of the issue and are trying to make it better. The property is walking distance to many cute restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.
