The Carriage House at Timber Ridge - Brand New! See Next Door Property 320523!

Nestled in the middle of nine wooded acres, This NEW carriage house opened December 2022. This is our third vacation rental property. Each of them is entirely unique from other properties in the area (see the photos!), all with excellent reviews. This retreat has soaring cathedral ceilings with architectural beams, and a slate-surround wood burning fireplace. All firewood is provided. As a roomy two-bedroom 1,034 ft.ÂČ, one bedroom features a king bed, and the other bedroom features a gorgeous queen sleigh bed. The deck in the rear of the house allows for beautiful views of the forest. And the fire pit area is sure to be a hit with your group. It features giga-speed fiber internet with large smart TV’s in both bedrooms and a 65” smart TV in the living area. It is only two miles from the Natchez Trace and 6 miles from downtown Franklin and Leipers Fork. The owners live in the house next door and only use the garage portion; the living unit described is your and yours alone!

Our property has an outdoor security camera focused only on the parking area for safety. Guest privacy is always respected.

The host was very nice and available when we needed. The place itself is really cute and had what we needed. The location feels like you’re in the mountains, but close to everything Franklin and surrounding areas.

The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with the dishes we needed to cook with. The rest of the areas were very nice and well maintained. Overall everything was great, we will definitely book here again.

Beautiful and Peaceful

A thoroughly pleasant stay for a week. The 2 bedroom house is spacious and recently updated with beautiful views of the surrounding trees. House is well outfitted, we wanted for nothing and this is coming from a fellow vacation rental owner of many years (in San Diego). Furniture was comfortable, beds were great, huge TV's in all rooms and shopping was nearby. One of the better vacation rentals I have stayed in. We really enjoyed it.

Visiting family in Franklin - stayed with our 2 kids - the place was just as it looked online, check in was easy and our hosts were responsive and accommodating! Would reccomend.

Peaceful Retreat in the Woods

Really enjoyed our stay here in the beautiful woods west of Franklin. The property is gorgeous and the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The weather was perfect for having a fire every night in the fireplace. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Family time

We had a great time with our adult children and their significant others and our dog Maddie. The fire pit was really fun and we did some grilling on the deck. I would highly recommend the location and the experience. Great trip!

We have been hosting VRBO rentals since 2010, (See our adjacent property Timber Ridge 320523 with 5 star reviews!) when there used to be only 4 properties listed in Franklin! We have learned a lot in that period of time and have used that knowledge in constructing this new Carriage House!

This Carriage House, at 1,034 sf, has an even larger feel. Features include cathedral ceilings, exposed roof beams, large kitchen, real wood burning fireplace, large sectional, and televisions in both bedrooms and main living area. And there is a fire pit for guests' enjoyment! Each television features DirecTV with HD DVR.
