LOCATION IS EVERYTHING!! Endless Summer is a waterfront condo with amazing views and a private dock, perfectly located on popular Pine Avenue- walking distance to the beach, Anna Maria City Pier, an abundance of fabulous restaurants, and lots of shopping.

New LVP flooring installed December 2022! This 2 bedroom/1 bath condo is on the 2nd story (no condo above) providing amazing views of the gulf canal, from both the den and dining area. The dock, viewable from the condo, is only steps away and is great for launching kayaks, fishing, or even temporarily docking a jet ski (no trailer parking permitted on-site), with having direct access to the gulf. If you don’t feel like driving and want to get out and explore the island, take the free trolley, with a stop right outside your condo, that travels up and down the breathtaking 7-mile island (Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, & Bradenton Beach), with amble stops along the way. Whether you want to escape the cold winters, fish, relax on the beach, or eat great food, you won’t regret your stay at Endless Summer!

"Endless Summer" is a perfect property for solo traveling to Anna Maria! This is my third year in the Bayou complex and I hope to be here again many more times. Thank you to Eric and Kaci for being amazing hosts, and ensuring guests have all the amenities they could possibly need.

Location is great, very close to shops and restaurants on Pine. View from back porch is beautiful! Very clean, easy to enter with key code. Parking is good, and we enjoyed our stay! One suggestion is need more outlets, we had phones, laptops, Apple Watches, etc plugged in all over the place (for example next to the bed is an outlet but the lamp and clock are already plugged in), and no other outlets in the room, and no outlets to plug in living room lamps at all. Bring outlet extension block!

We had a wonderful time, Eric and Kaci were great hosts. Condo is wonderful, I loved the walk-in shower and we watched a Opery nest across the water. It was a great location, right near the city pier and many restaurants. The furnishings were very comfortable especially the beds.Eric was a wonderful host and the condo was very clean. Would definitely stay there again !

Wonderful Place and Location

We had the best time ever, the condo was very close to the Pier and Restaurant's. and a short distance to the free trolley. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting a perfect visit and the owners were very helpful with all my questions.

Clean, lovely decor, quiet and with a pretty view too! Property offered more than we were aware of...every detail has been thought of. Great location too! We were very happy to be at "Endless Summer" and wish our stay on AMI could have been just that...endless. Stay here, you'll like it!

Relaxing Getaway

We really enjoyed our time at this adorable place on Anna Maria! This home was a clean, comfortable, and relaxing getaway. It was especially nice to have the many conveniences of home since we flew in and were not able to bring beach equipment with us. The owners were quick to respond to us and made the process very easy.

We stayed in this unit last year and noticed that the furniture was pretty warn and made management aware and they replaced some furniture with a new couch and lounge chair. Very nice addition. I forgot to mention last year that the ceiling light socket in the walk in closet has pulled out of some of it's anchors in the sheet rock ceiling .We were afraid to pull down on the chain fearing it might pull the whole socket out of the ceiling .I would also suggest putting some type of light over kitchen sink. In fact the lighting is pretty dim in the whole unit. We enjoyed our stay and just wanted to share with you how you could improve the renters experience.
