Bungalow On The Bayou (meilleur emplacement sur l'Ăźle)

SituĂ© sur la «meilleure» rue sur Anna Maria Island, cette deux chambres Ă  coucher, une salle de bain deuxiĂšme Ă©tage location de vacances avec une vue spectaculaire a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© Ă  la fin de 2015. La rĂ©novation comprenait essentiellement tout du sol au plafond. Notez les photos et les commentaires, ils parlent d'eux-mĂȘmes.

Grandir Ă  environ 15 minutes de l'Ăźle et profiter de la plage tellement, ma femme et moi (et trois enfants) ont dĂ©cidĂ© d'acheter notre coin de paradis. Nous avons trouvĂ© ce "bungalow" dans le Bayou et ne pouvions pas laisser passer ça. Nous savions que nous voulions ĂȘtre sur l'eau avec notre propre embarcadĂšre et Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© nord de Anna Maria. Nous avons trouvĂ© cet endroit est absolument parfait. La vue est incroyable. Anna Maria sonore de de gogo de vue.

Le bungalow est sur l'historique Pine Ave. Il est trĂšs proche de tout un vacancier peut dĂ©sirer. fabuleux restaurants, boutiques de crĂšme glacĂ©e, shopping, pĂȘche, des plages magnifiques, des couchers de soleil Ă  couper le souffle et plus. Anna Maria Island a Ă©tĂ© choisie comme la n ° 3 plus jolie ville du pays et aussi dans le top 10 des "plages de l'Ăźle pour Perfect Sand". Conduire Ă  notre Bungalow et garez votre voiture pour votre sĂ©jour. Le chariot de l'Ăźle libre a un arrĂȘt juste devant votre porte et monte et descend l'Ăźle de mile spectaculaire 7 sept jours par semaine. Poissons et kayak Ă  partir de votre propre quai. paradis absolu!

Our vacation was perfect. It was our first time to Anna Maria Island and the Bungalow on the Bayou exceeded our expectations. It is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and to the beach. We will be back.

Loved everything !

The communication with the hosts was fantastic! The location, for us, was the best! We had everything we needed and there as a washer/dryer in the unit. I would love to stay there again!

Good location close to restaurants, shops & beach!

We enjoyed staying at the Bungalow on the Bayou condo! The condo complex was very quiet and lots of friendly neighbors!The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable week vacation! We enjoyed being about to take a short walk to the beach anytime we wanted. We enjoyed all of the shops on Pine Avenue. It was our first time on Anna Maria Island and we loved that everything was close and within walking distance! The condo mangers were very friendly & helpful & easy to contact if we needed them!

Anna Maria island

We had a great holiday at bungalow on the bayou. The apartment worked really well for us, great location and feel and we really enjoyed using the kayak in the bayou. Would definitely stay again if we return to AMI.

Amazing place to stay with everything you will need!

My family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Had an amazing time! We went fishing with Jarod McKenzie and caught lots of fish for dinners. We brought fishing gear to fish on our own also. The location of the condo was close to fishing peers and resturants as well as rental places for gear. The condo comes witj many things to ise. We loved it!!!.

Perfect location, some disappointments

Overall staying in The Bayou was good
you can not beat the location! Being steps away from the bay and having water views is really nice! The place is cutely decorated, the beds were very comfortable (imp if you have back issues) and having the use of a kayak every day was awesome. Communication with Mike was easy and he responded quickly. Our main complaint was the cleanliness of the property. The main living area and bedrooms were mostly clean
 but the bathroom was not and there were other things that were not clean. But Mike took responsibility for what should have been cleaned and was very willing to reimburse cleaning fee expenses at my request to compensate for what I had to clean. He is also going to address and take care of some things in the condo that need attention. So all of that is good for those that stay there going forward!

First trip to AMI

Really enjoyed our stay, great beaches on the doorstep and saw lots of wildlife. The property was very well equiped and we had great hosts.

Wonderful stay!!!

Loved the condo so much!!! It’s so cute and cozy!!! Beautiful view of the bay and great location!!! Loved being able to walk everywhere and my husband loved fishing on the pier only a few steps away!!! Mike was so helpful and checked on us and was always available if needed. So very attentive !!! You can’t go wrong with this place!!!

Watching the Bay from the Bungalow

So relaxing sitting on the balcony or in front of the sliding door looking out to Tampa Bay at the end of each day. Each night was quiet (beds were so comfortable) yet all conveniences were close in the quaint town of Anna Maria. What a lovely community and friendly, helpful people in and around the town. Great ice-cream, Pizza, coffee and donuts all within walking distance. We spent our days exploring and hiking nearby nature preserves, beaches state and federal parks. Great trails and lots of wildlife on land and in the water. A highlight for us was spotting two dolphins with their babies in the Bay. We also had the excitement of meeting Santa and celebrations as the town's parade ended at the pier weekend of Dec 8th. Kitchen was well supplied with items needed to cook and enjoy our meals each day. We would stay at the Bungalow on the Bayou again.

Great views

Great location with beautiful views of the bay and canal. Having access to a kayak was awesome. Manatees swam by the dock every day. I would highly recommend this condo. Has everything you need and the hosts were helpful and attentive. Will be back.

Clean and nice location

This condo is as shown in photos. Nice view of the canal and bay in the distance. Easy walk to the pier and shops and restaurants. We did see dolphins and a manatee in the canal and sat out there numerous times. We love nature so watching the birds and fish is part of our vacation. Even the ducks living there made us smile. We took the kayak out which was nice. Didn't see much this time but last year we saw tons of sea life and birds. The park next door has play equipment for kids and on Sunday had live music. It's half a mile to the beach. Beach cart, 4 chairs and an umbrella and cooler were there but we only used the chairs to sit by the canal. We drove to the beach, it was too hot to walk. Beach at the end of Pine is like the Caribbean! Such clear and shallow water. AC was very cold. :) liked the plantation shutters. Some light came in but they are better than blinds. Only thing I would change is some of the furniture. Balcony furniture isn't comfy and the sofa wasn't really either, for us anyway. It may make a better sleeper than a sofa. The other 2 chairs in there were good. And an electronic lock would have been great. No keys to lose! Also needed some more pots and pans with lids. The rice pot didn't have a lid. Owners were very responsive and nice people. We were the only people in the entire building, so the complex was very quiet. 2nd time in this location. It's quiet and away from the action but plenty is nearby. Loved the Sandbar! And 2 Scoops.

Lisa and I have been married for 20 years. We have three wonderful kids. Our daughter is 17, and our two sons are 15 and 13. I have been here since 1972 and and Lisa has been here since 1985. We live about 30 minutes from the bungalow.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Growing up about 15 minutes off the island and enjoying the beach so much, my wife, three kids and I decided to purchase our piece of paradise. We found this "bungalow" in the Bayou and just couldn't pass it up. We knew we wanted to be on the water with our own boat dock and on the north end of Anna Maria. We found this location to be absolutely perfect. The views are incredible. Anna Maria Sound view's galore.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We absolutely fell in love with this the moment we saw it. It had the dock we wanted, the water views and was on the best street on the island. Once you get here, you can park your car for the remainder of your stay. The free trolley runs everyday. Absolute paradise!
