Located directly across from beautiful Central Gardens. Just two and a half blocks from Lake Time Brewery, downtown shopping and dining, and blocks from city park and city beach! This two-bedroom, one bath was remodeled in 2022 with new flooring throughout, windows, and paint. Large deck to enjoy the morning sunrise, evening BBQs, and cocktails! Also included are two Lectric brand e-bikes and two kayaks! Located directly across from beautiful Central Gardens. Just two and a half blocks from Lake Time Brewery, downtown shopping and dining, and blocks from city park and city beach! Great stay

Gardenview property was perfect for us. Very cute house that is well maintained. Country gardens across the street is a must see. There's always fun things to do in Clear Lake. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the E-Bikes that were included and would have taken advantage of the kayaks had we stayed longer. Very clean!! The street was a little busy but everything else was perfect.

Great Location!

We were visiting Clear Lake for a family reunion and loved the location. We were close to the Brewery, down town, and many restaurants.

Comfortable & Cozy

Lovely weekend getaway

Stayed here with my three sisters for our annual sister weekend. It was rainy so we really spent the whole time here and it was lovely, the house is comfortable and clean, had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend.

Fourth of July Stay

Enjoyed stay, close to Downtown, able to walk to fireworks and parade, had lawn chairs for us to take. Good communication with property manager. Nice front deck and close to Central Gardens for nice morning walk.

Great communication and a nice place to stay!

The seller was great at communicating which is always nice. The location is easy to find and located near enough to a lot that Clear Lake has to offer (especially with the free e-bikes). This was a pleasant experience all around.

Perfect Spot

We made a long weekend out of our friends getting married and it was the perfect spot for all the activities. We spent time, at the Gardens, Downtown, and the Surf District. The Electric Bikes were an awesome perk that we took advantage of to do our daytime exploring.

Clear Lake stay

Wonderful time!!! House was immaculate and fairly close to everything we wanted. Nice deck out front-no back yard. Across the street was a nice gardens which were beautiful to walk through!!!

Very nice clean house. Great amenities. No clean up. Just lock up and leave. Easy communication with owners. Only complaint was location as it was on a busy street. We would stay again.

Great time!

We enjoyed our second trip to Clear Lake. This property was clean and ready to go! The e-bikes were fun to use to go on trips downtown. It was nice to have the city gardens right across the street to visit on a quiet morning.

A few days getaway

My husband and I spent a few days enjoying Clear Lake and we were very happy to find this spot. We loved being across from the Central Gardens and enjoyed the bikes and kayaks. The house was very clean and comfortable. Thanks so much ! We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if we have the chance .

Perfect location and great hosts!

This property is close to everything in Clear Lake! We walked everywhere and enjoyed coffee on the large deck overlooking Central Gardens. Property host was super kind and helpful! The home was stocked with many extras that my family loved like games and extra towels! Would 100% recommend!

Relax and Release

We knew when we took our first step into this beautiful home we were going to have a wonderful weekend away. Superb location and we finally tried out the e bike riding experience and LOVED IT. We got to meet Danielle and her hubby and made a connection and look forward to our stay next summer...same place for sure 😊

Clear Lake stay on 8th Street

We found the property easily upon arrival. Great location! The house was as clean as any we have ever rented! Nice accommodations! Perfect for our stay. We spent a good veal of time on the front deck. We didn’t have time to use all the extras but would recommend this property to anyone visiting Clear Lake. It made a great stay for us and we would definitely use it again when we return.
