Nice home in a great area

Myself and a few friends were in town for a couple days to attend an event at Road Atlanta. Its not too far away, roughly 25 minutes and there is plenty of food options in the area. House was clean and communication was very good with the owner.

Stayed here about 9 weeks. Lovely property and the host is so easy to work with. I will save as a favorite for when I have to return.

We loved having all the rooms to move around. It was so nice to use the garage to park our car inside. It’s a perfect location to anything you would need.

Temporary work housing

Yard needs a good cleaning and the grass is allowed to get tall before it gets cut, but otherwise this is a nice and comfortable property. Easy access to Mall of GA area and very safe and quiet.

Extended stay close to home

We stayed at this property for 5 weeks while work was done at our home. This is a great location to continue to work and live. Close to Mall of GA and all the activities and restaurants surrounding the mall. Easy quick access to interstate. It was a nice quiet neighborhood with a lot of yard space. Plenty of space to spread out inside. Would recommend to other locals with family visiting that needed a place to stay!

Beautiful Home

The home was very warm and welcoming. The owners were very attentive and gave us plenty of information about the area. Communication is always key and they more than met our expectations. I would definitely recommend staying at this home and I hope to visit again.

Excellent Stay

It was very welcoming as soon as you enter the front door. Felt like home ! It was exactly how the listing described everything. The host was very fast and friendly with replying to my messages. I highly recommend staying there and hope to revisit again soon!

Cute place in Lawerenceville

We enjoyed our 4 day stay at the property. All the amenities you need, large fenced in backyard, nice neighborhood, comfortable beds with extra bedding. Close to restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to, close to highway but far enough away that you did not have to deal with traffic. Home owner was easy to communicate with, when needed. No issues with bugs, like mentioned in previous post. Home was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Fabulous Property!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. My husband and I had the king bedroom. The bed, sheets and pillows were extremely comfortable. I even asked the owner about brands. It is a very spacious house on a big lot in a very nice neighborhood. Very safe. I couldn’t ask for anything more. The owner was very hospitable too! ❀❀❀

Convenient Location with Some Surprises

This 3 BR, 2.5 BA house was nice and conveniently located for our purposes. Unfortunately, there was only one TV, 3 towels, and no washcloths. We were greeted by at least 2 very large roaches when we arrived. The host said they would call pest control soon, but that didn't help us during our stay.

So Relaxing and Peaceful

We rented this home for two weeks June 1st-11th, 2023 and enjoyed every minute . The Owner was accommodating and responded in a timely manner . Check in and out was a piece of cake . My family and friends didn’t want to leave the property. They even enjoyed sitting on the back porch and listening to the bird chirp. The house was spacious, comfortable beds and relaxing bathrooms . The house was easy to find , close to attractions, shops and was located in a quite family friendly neighborhood. We will for sure stay here again . Thank you 😊 The price was great for everything we experienced during our stay.

Nice area. Cute decorations on the inside of the house. Big back yard

Need more televisions in the house. There is not enough seating in the living room area. There is no microwave. Nees to provide more towels. There is no heat in the basement. The owners responded immediately when we called. Still a nice house. Just needs a few touches to make it perfect.

HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!!!

I was in the middle of a very hectic week of selling my home and my new home wasn,t ready yet so I found this place to stay. We were there for 1 week. The house was exactly as described and I just felt at home, stress free!!! Claudio was absolutely WONDERFUL. I have 2 much larger dogs, ( Great Danes )and he was the ONLY one that agreed to accommodate me in my desperate time of need. The house was very cozy and inviting and just felt like I was at home. After our departure, we realized we left an electronic device and a personal pillow behind. Claudio's wife went out of her way to meet me, to pick these items up! The communication was always very good and Claudio was very quick to respond and always a pleasure to talk/text with. If I was rating this by 5 stars, I would rate it by 10 if I could!!! HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!!!!
