Awesome renovated historic home, furnished to a great standard. It’s the ideal retreat for an exquisite & upscale stay, located close to the absolute heart of San Antonio. We believe it’s the ultimate location to experience San Antonio the way it should be. Get ready to get inspired! Very close to some fabulous sites, with only 8 minutes drive to downtown. All in all, guaranteed enjoyment and relaxation. Settle in by zoning out in the spa like bathroom or relax in the newly updated shared backyard space.

There is a Casita in the backyard that is also listed and therefore the backyard is a share space for all guests. If you’d wish to book both listings please reach out.

The Charming Historic Home doesn't look much like the pictures on VRBO, there is no sidewalk around the property just some uneven stepping stones.A strong smell of natural gas in the kitchen, we encountered a cockroach on our first day and bare minimum amenities were available (toilet paper, kitchen linens).neighborhood was quiet except for a frequent barking dog.

Charming Bungalow Centrally Located Near All San Antonio Attractions and Airport

We enjoyed our week long stay in this comfortable, clean and fully furnished home. The property manager, Ivan Munoz, was very helpful. There’s a wonderful Mexican restaurant, Taqueria El Ranchero, just 2 blocks away.

House was nice, but neighborhood was CD.

We had a nice day, I was fearful of running out of toilet paper. And there were a limited amount of glasses for the three of us. The coffee maker was a small one for the possibility of four adults in the house. It was difficult to talk to the owner when we couldn’t get in at first because he would only answer emails.

Overall okay, not very many amenities as we’ve had with every other vacation homes. Back bedroom was extremely cold. Feel like a few things should be disclosed before booking.

Amazing property

This was an amazing property in the heart of San Antonio. It was clean and cute with an older house charm. People complaining about the location must not know downtown areas. It was a fine locations and neighbors were even friendly saying hello when we arrived. Host was great with communication. We will try to stay here again when we visit in the summer.

Quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our 2 night stay in this clean and well kept house in a quiet neighborhood. There was a little confusion about where to park but the accommodation itself was very good.

Lovely House

The inside of this little house is very pretty, clean and comfortable. We loved it here. Very convenient to SA. The neighborhood is a transitional one and a slight bit sketchy but we felt safe here.

This property is locating in a Historic part of town and is in close proximity all of the downtown attractions that San Antonio has to offer. My home features a spa like bathroom that features a tub you will want to soak in and relax.

The backyard features new landscaping with a fire pit that will be perfect for all occasions.
