L'été est là, venez vous rafraßchir au Lakehouse!

Cabane rustique et bien amĂ©nagĂ©e avec 2000 pieds carrĂ©s, sur l'eau. Cet endroit a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer de superbes vacances reposantes ou tout simplement un week-end! ChargĂ© de tout le luxe dont vous avez besoin pour votre sĂ©jour de vacances. Il a un salon et une taniĂšre, les deux ont des tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat LCD et la taniĂšre en bas a un systĂšme de cinĂ©ma maison. A l'Ă©tage, vous trouverez 2 des 3 chambres et 1 des salles de bain complĂštes. La toute nouvelle cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin et plus encore. La cuisine est combinĂ©e avec la salle Ă  manger et le salon pour devenir une grande grande piĂšce. La suite principale est situĂ©e au rez-de-chaussĂ©e avec salle de bains privative. Également situĂ© en bas dans la taniĂšre est une belle cheminĂ©e Ă  gaz en pierre et une grande table de cartes pour votre plaisir. Les deux niveaux ont toutes les fenĂȘtres face Ă  l'eau afin que vous puissiez profiter de la raison pour laquelle vous ĂȘtes venu. Le grand plan d'Ă©tage de sortie vous permet de sortir sur un grand porche grillagĂ© Ă  l'Ă©tage, tandis que le rez-de-chaussĂ©e vous fait sortir sur la cuisine et la salle Ă  manger entiĂšrement couvertes.

L'établissement possÚde également un quai pour bateaux. Le quai a un grand espace pour prendre le soleil et une magnifique zone de baignade aussi. TVA contrÎle les niveaux d'eau de ce lac. Nous avons une eau de niveau d'été normalement de la fin du printemps à la fin de l'automne. L'eau est abaissée pendant les mois d'hiver pour contrÎler les inondations. Vous pouvez vérifier la TVA. gov pour les niveaux du lac sur le lac Chickamauga. 682. 5 est une piscine d'été complÚte.

Fishing, Swimming, and Relaxing

This place was great for our fall break lake week. Tina was amazing and very responsive. We had a couple random issues pop up and she was easy to communicate with and quick to get things worked out without disrupting us at all. The location is great as it’s just off the main channel so was safe for kids to swim and paddle board themselves, but we were also able to kayak out to the main channel as a family. This place also has a great dock setup and the boys loved catching catfish and having a fish fry a couple nights. We loved the place and will be back soon. Thanks Tina for everything.

Perfect for our family

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. Our other 4 adult children stayed with us. The house was PERFECT! It was clean, well appointed and so very comfortable. We ended up with about 14 folks for dinner on Friday and it accommodated everyone. The setting is lovely. If we need to be in the area again we would stay here without hesitation!

Great place for a getaway!

We had a great stay at this cabin. It was close enough to explore Chattanooga during the day, then relax at the cabin at night. The property owner was very prompt in getting back to us with on our questions. I highly recommend!

Well kept property.

Beautiful clean house with a large yard and great dock. The A/C worked well which was important during our stay. The internet was spotty and the cell service is best on the dock and on the water. My only suggestion is a sign marking the address on the driveway gate. We all fell in love with Toby the neighborhood lab, who would visit us daily.

Fishing/Kayaking trip

The house itself was awesome and we got to meet the neighborhood chocolate lab Toby!! Internet was disappointing but everything else was great. Dock was great to sit at and chat with adult beverages. We will be back at some point. Russ and Tina answered any questions promptly. The Hiwasee River was very expansive!! Fishing wasn't spectacular, I think we were a few weeks late or a couple early!! I did however catch my personal best bass, 5.36# !!! I was thrilled about that!! Thank you again for allowing us to use your river house!! Kimberly, Jennifer, Laura and Patrick

Perfect getaway

This beautiful cabin was absolutely perfect for our stay in Tennessee! It had everything we needed and it was peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The owners are fabulous and were readily available, if needed. We go to Tennessee to visit our son and we will definitely be staying at this cabin again.

A place to gather

Perfect gathering for Thanksgiving away from home! Very cozy accommodations for our party of six. Secluded but close enough to anything needed. Great outdoor space when weather permits. Kitchen was well stocked with any cooking items one might need (discovered an amazing new to me blender to put on my wish list). Thank you Tina and Ron for sharing your cabin retreat with us.

Rented this house to stay at for a long weekend.

The house was very clean and looked just like the photos. My only complaint was the internet connection. It was not good,!in fact it was terrible. The entire stay I wasn’t able to make or get a phone call. I would have given 5 stars if this wasn’t an issue. Everything else was great. If you don’t need to use your phone then this place will be perfect for you. The river was even low and we caught some fish.

This was a really nice place to stay. The big complaint was there was no fish caught off the dock. The house and river were beautiful. It was well stocked and very clean.

Lake Getaway

Was a great weekend stay at this lakehouse. Extremely peaceful and a good dock to fish and swim off of. House was clean and plenty of room indoors and out. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Fun on the Lake

The cabin is wonderful. The owners have provide a warm atmosphere to stay in. The decor is uplifting and the property is well maintained. The location is ideal, within approxamatley 10 minutes to a nice boat ramp and a gas station, and only a few more minutes to a small grocery store. Plenty of larger tables to play board games on, both inside and outside. The dock is very nice to relax on and watch the kids swim. We did have a few observations that were area of improvement that a future guest might want to know. The screened in deck did not keep the bugs out at night, but after sometime if they go too bad we just moved indoors. The upstairs beds had hard matresses. And of most impactful, the walkout basement flooded one night. There was an extremely bad rain storm that evening, and water leaked from the wall, which is the side dug into the hill. The owners were extremely attentive to our needs and ensured our comfort. The water was addressed the next morning and cleaned up before we returned from the lake the next day (this water issue would not stop us from renting the property again)..

Great water front property

Very well maintained house on the water and owners are very accommodating. Just suggest another board along bottom of boat dock as jet skis get under and get marked. This was second stay and would definitely go back. Not close to stores or restaurants if that is what you are looking for but we bring our meals and cook there.

good time but........a big issue!!!!

had online when booked that the dock had lights...we got there and first day none of lights worked!!! contacted owner and she said would fix....never did fix and we did not have lights at dock the entire time!!! needed them to fish and to see as we jug fish at night-this was a big reason we chose this place bc of lights on dock...I FEEL WE DESERVE SOME TYPE OF REFUND!!!!! bc of no lights as advertised on dock...to see as well as safety!!! other than that the place was beautiful and peaceful...we enjoyed but the BIG ISSUE WITH NO LIGHTS AT ALL ON DOCK AS PROMISED THERE WOULD BE MADE US NERVOUS WORRIED UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Perfect Getaway

The house is absolutely beautiful, the yard is huge, and the boat dock is perfect. We spent a lot of our time on the water and on the boat dock and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. You'll want to do most of your fishing out by the main channel which isn't far away.Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us!

Great place for the entire family!

Amazing property! Amazing deck! Great dock to fish off of, dock has a nice ladder to get out of water after swimming, nice and quiet cove. We brought our own kayaks and it was nice and smooth. Overall great place to bring the family!!! Only thing was in the pictures it has a gas grill but now has charcoal grill so make sure to bring your charcoal!!!

Ceremony of life

We stayed there this past weekend to spend some time with our grandson that had lost his mother at a young age we got to do a little celebration of life in honor of his mother there The water was beautiful to do a candlelight ceremony The property the house was great to have quality family time The owners of the property were awesome and lovable people and they cared for you . I really enjoyed our stay and I will be definitely coming back and I recommend this place â˜șïžđŸ˜Š
