Perfect stay. House is older but redone nicely with every detail meticulously planned out. AC works well, house is extremely clean, pool was perfect temp, toys for the kids, close to the beach and all attractions. We will only stay here when we do our trips to Jacksonville. Enjoyed the large Jeny’s set too!

Wonderful Stay

Our family of five adults stayed at this lovely home for a week in mid March 2024 and was very comfortable. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and easy access out of the development. The property manager Robin made herself available if anything was needed and had organized instructions for check in as well as check out. This home is a great recommended stay.

What a gracious and comfortable home!

My two sisters and I enjoyed a very relaxing three day weekend in Ponte Vedra Beach visiting family. The house was wonderful. It was very well appointed and immaculately clean. It was a little early in the year for swimming but the pool and patio were lovely. Our hostess left us bottled water and snacks which were greatly appreciated. We would love to stay there again.

This place was so much more than we expected! The house is soooooo clean, organized, and beautifully decorated. LOVED the nautical theme!! The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy family meals and an outdoor cookout. The pool is where we spent most of our time with the grandkids (because of the heat wave). Great pool toys and a giant Jenga for a little family competition. Even the pool guy, Kevin, was pleasant and thorough. Close to the beach with everything needed to go (chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc) By far our best stay at a VRBO. Would definitely go back!! Thank you Robin and Vicki!! You’ve created a wonderful vacation destination!!

The property was great. Neighbor had a dog that woke us up early in the morning. Other than that it was great and will try to get the house again next year.

Great Place!

This rental was so clean and well stocked. I have never stayed at a rental that was so clean and well stocked as this one. It was easy to get to and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Robin answered all the questions I had and was very helpful. Check-in was easy and instructions on how to operate appliances, etc. made it very easy. My husband and I and grandson and his girlfriend were very impressed with the looks of the place. If we come back this way again we will definitely book this place.
