Tropical Oasis in Jax Beach was a Beautiful getaway! It was within easy walking distance to the beach. We flew in from PDX, and the hosts kindly allowed us to check in early and check out a bit later to accommodate our flight schedule, such a Blessing!

Great pool and location
six houses to the beach I think. Beautiful home, plenty of space. The only gripe we had was the grill wouldn’t light for the 4th of July BBQ
but I reached out to the owner and I have 100% confidence they’ll fix that. Really enjoyable place for R&R for a week

Jacksonville vacation

The house is in a great location to walk or ride bikes to the beach, restaurants and shops. The house worked perfect for our family of 10. The pool is very nice. We had some pump issues and the owner was very quick to get the pool guy out to fix it. We will be going back in the future.

Perfect Beach Getaway for a Big Family!

We had a fantastic week at this beautiful home just a short walk from the beach. It comfortably fit our family of 11, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The house was very clean upon arrival and fully furnished which made our stay easy and stress-free.The only minor issue was the BBQ grill, which is in need of replacement, but we understand things wear out with use, and it certainly didn’t take away from our overall experience.If we find ourselves back in this area, we will absolutely rent this home again. Highly recommend for any large group looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located beach house!

Our stay at this home was amazing. It is a minute walk to the beach and a very short walk to a bunch of amazing restaurants and coffee shops! Tropical oasis

Tropical oasis was perfect for our large family! The pool and spa were a big hit with the kids. It was a short walk to the beach until they started dredging but we made the best of it. That was no fault of the property owner. The property owner was great! We will definitely be back!!!

Great house for family vacation!

Our family consisting of adults, teens, and 3 children ages 7,5, and 16 months vacationed here and had a great time! The location to the beach is perfect. Just a minutes walk and easy to come back and forth. The pool was perfect for all the kids and was clean and just warm enough. Everything we needed in the house was provided (except we couldn’t find a can opener!). We had a wonderful stay and we’re very happy with the property!

Amazing Home and Owners

We had an absolutely wonderful trip. The homeowners were readily available to answer questions and made sure we were satisfied. We took our adult children and young grandchildren on this trip. For the most part, we remained at the house both cooking and lounging by the pool. They had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation that afforded us lots of time to enjoy our family. I would definitely recommend and would certainly return again.

great for my friends and family

My overall experience in the house was great. It fit all of my friends and family and we had a great time. The pool was perfect, location was close to restaurants, bars, and grocery which was perfect for us. Beach was walking distance - literally a 2 or 3 minute walk which we loved. The beach had soft, white sand and the water was beautiful temperature. Our host was responsive & accommodating. It was a great stay and my family talked about booking again next year.

Nice home/pool

We had 14 people on our visit. The house was very nice, master bedroom/bath was also very nice. Kitchen very nice. The walls and baseboard could use a new paint job. On the description it said one room had a queen and twin bed, the twin was a cushion chair and didn’t work as a twin bed in my opinion. The pool was so nice to come back from the ocean and cool off in. Yard work needs attention. Overall a great place to stay at. We would definitely stay there again.
