THE EXPERIENCE

Located in a historic brick building, this one bedroom / one bath provides a spacious and quiet apartment. The apartment’s furniture has been all updated. Including a car port in back.
The space
Enjoy having the entire apartment to yourself or share it with family or friends; this unit sleeps up to 2 guests (queen bed) +1 if they don't mind couch surfing! This location embodies city comfort; offering safe and easily drivable options for shopping and dining. We had a great time. It was clean and convenient to all the touristy things we wanted to do. The host was very fast with communication if you had any questions. I definitely recommend staying here, it's in a nice safe neighborhood as well.

This is our go to place when visiting St. Louis. We love the location and simplicity of the space. It is very bright during the day and the light comes in early which might be an issue if you need the dark to sleep. It's always clean. The host is quick to respond if we have a question, which we did regarding parking and the construction work going on out front of the house.

This property was exactly what we needed for our 34 day stay in St Louis. It was just like the description that was posted, the host could have not been more accommodating and a really nice couple. I would highly recommend this for a short stay or a long stay like ours. I know we will try to get it the next time we need a stay in St Louis.

This was our second time staying at this property, and once again it was a great experience. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. My wife and I stayed in Connor's place in St. Louis Hills for a visit with our daughter and her family nearby. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Francis Park and the beer garden, and a short drive to other St. Louis attractions and establishments.The duplex is well-furnished and uncluttered with plenty of storage space for clothing and personal items. The queen-size bed has a comfortable mattress. The kitchen equipment is basic but adequate for a short stay.Host communication was prompt and responsive, in spite of the fact (unknown to me until the end of our stay) that Connor was on a honeymoon trip while we were there!To sum up: it's an outstanding rental, among the best we've had, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to others.
