This Tiny Home has everything you need! A perfect place to stay for a couple, a family, singles or close friends.

Located in the Coastal Creek Mobile Home Park off of Higuera street, makes for the perfect location and easily accessible to anywhere you want to go.

This 400 square-foot tiny home has everything you need. Two queens and a sleeper couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. My favorite space is outside on the porch swing, looking out at the creek.

The whole house

I will be available during your stay, as your host, through the Airbnb messaging system.

The tiny home is located inside the coastal Creek mobile home park. There are some long-term tenants and five other short term vacation rental spaces in the park. Your neighbors are all super nice and generally stick to themselves.

There is a marked entrance and exit and a one way through road inside the park.

Tiny but very comfortable!!

This tiny home was so clean and comfortable. Location was good too near a breakfast joint with very nice people. Overall excellent stay.

Really tiny house

The Wi-Fi is very bad and there is no cable. Streaming is nearly impossible. There are no staples provided - we even had to buy salt and pepper. Overall the price is right but don’t expect a lot.

Lovely

When we saw it was a Tiny Home community we HAD to check it out. It was great. There is a few nit-picky things I could wish were a bit better or different. But overall t was great. I would recommend it and go again without hesitation. The wifi worked well. Easy to check in and check out. There was plastic dishes and cups for the toddler. And silverware and plates and cups for adults. Loved having the pod coffee and a big fridge. The whole family LOVED having the arcade game and being right next to the creek. We had an enclosed little yard to which was perfect. A swing looking over the creek. It was a great location. It wasnt on the beack fancy but being near the creek and peaceful sounds was nice. Easy to get in and out without a bunch of traffic but close to the beach and the store and Madonaa Inn and food places. Great location. The biggest complaint is maybe how steep the stairs were . It was uncomfortably steep and not meant for weak knees. But otherwise everything worked well.

This home is one of multiple homes available to rent at this park. It is a brand new unit as of 2022, and has been meticulously cleaned and maintained.

We purchased this mobile home park and had big dreams for a tiny home community, that allowed families and friends to stay in an affordable and comfortable space to explore our favorite place on earth!

We immediately replaced 11/15 homes with brand new, beautiful homes, and redid the entire property.

We’ve created a space that has hosted thousands of guests now! It is a peaceful and quite community that guests have come to love.
There are several long term guest that are incredible nice and keep to themselves.

Parking is tight, but we’ve managed a dedicated space to each home, including several first come first served reserved spaces!
