Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home just off Higuera street in San Luis Obispo. There are two bedrooms with a queen bed and a full and twin bunk, as well as a sofa sleeper. Here, you’ll find space to relax, comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

This Mobile home is located in the Coastal Creek Village Mobile Home Park in San Luis Obispo. Located off of Higuera St, it is a medium sized park with 15 other homes.

Great for a family of 5, close to all SLO attractions.

The home we stayed at on this trip was excellent. We were hesitant at first since it looked a little cramped in the pics, but it was more than enough space for two adults and three small kids. It had just enough sleeping space for all of us, and the location of it to the beaches and downtown SLO was great. Most places we had wanted to go to were less than 15 minutes away, less with no traffic. The house itself was clean and had everything we needed for our family (kitchen items, bathroom supplies, etc). Would definitely stay again if we go back to SLO.

Great Place and Great Location

Great 2 bedroom place with big TV in the living room and full kitchen. We stayed for 8 days and set up 2 offices to work from during the day. VERY comfortable main bed and strong AC. Close to downtown SLO, Madonna Inn, Edna Valley vineyards, and Pismo Beach. The owner was very proactive with communications and explained everything for check in, check out, and everything else. Parking spaces are a little narrow so if you have a big truck it might be tight.

The location is in a beat up mobile home park right next to a busy street. While the place was fairly comfortable inside it’s beat up and needs upgrades. Parking was extremely tight, especially for our truck.

Very good option for 3 or small family v. motel

I felt fortunate to find this option. There were 3 of us and this was much better and more inexpensive, given the options on a summer Father's Day weekend. Very clean and quiet. Nice to have a kitchen, allowing for simple meal prep. The bedrooms are small, even for us, and we are not big people. They had no convenient space for laying out a suitcase or clothes. The beds were comfortable. We were 3 adults, so the 2 bedrooms worked fine. Would not be comfortable for 4 adults. This a single-wide mobile home in a small mobile home park, which is fine. I knew this in advance by reading carefully. I just wanted to clarify for those who might be confused by the word "bungalow" used by the owner.

Surprisingly convenient location.

Functional and suited our needs nicely. Clean, well equipped. We'll likely stay there again if we return to San Luis Obispo. We'd have preferred it WITHOUT the big screen TV, especially since we had 2 children with us one night. Other than that, no complaints.

Perfect place

Tessa’s place was very nice and comfy. It was perfect for my family. We had a little issue getting into the house but Tessa was always available to respond to messages and helped us through the problem. Would definitely recommend this place.

This home is one of multiple homes available to rent at this park. It is a brand new unit as of 2022, and has been meticulously cleaned and maintained.

We purchased this mobile home park and had big dreams for a tiny home community, that allowed families and friends to stay in an affordable and comfortable space to explore our favorite place on earth!

We immediately replaced 11/15 homes with brand new, beautiful homes, and redid the entire property.

We’ve created a space that has hosted thousands of guests now! It is a peaceful and quite community that guests have come to love.
There are several long term guest that are incredible nice and keep to themselves.

Parking is tight, but we’ve managed a dedicated space to each home, including several first come first served reserved spaces!
