You'll feel right at home in this fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath oasis, featuring 1700sf of living space that's been personalized with you in mind. The home is stocked with everything you'll need so you can enjoy your time in Austin and let us take care of the rest.

The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with kitchenware, new stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher) and some other basics to get you started. Feel free to use whatever you see. We also have a French press and drip machine for your coffee time. There is a large pantry off the kitchen for supplies.

The dining room and living room area round out the first floor with a powder room off the foyer for guests. We really enjoy all the sunlight that bursts through in this room and there is access to the backyard from the living area.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king sized bed, sitting area, a mid-century modern dresser and an En Suite with a walk in custom closet! The second bedroom fits a queen size bed and also has a walk in closet and dresser. The second full bathroom is right next to the second bedroom, making this a ideal layout for roomates or traveling colleagues. The washer\dryer is also on the second floor along with the H/VAC system.

Finally, the fenced in backyard features a patio area for entertaining and a fire pit for those cool Austin nights.
