The Space:
Welcome to your relaxing Space Coast getaway just minutes from the beach. This comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers the perfect mix of coastal charm and convenience, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking to enjoy everything Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach have to offer.
Inside the home you’ll find a spacious layout with a king bed in the primary bedroom and two queen beds in the second bedroom, giving everyone plenty of room to unwind after a day in the sun. Step outside and enjoy the private backyard, a peaceful space to relax with morning coffee, let the dogs stretch their legs, or wind down after a beach day.
Located just a short walk or quick drive to the shoreline, guests can easily spend their days enjoying the sand, watching cruise ships leave Port Canaveral, or catching a rocket launch from nearby Kennedy Space Center. With restaurants, beach parks, and local attractions all nearby, this home makes the perfect base for your Space Coast adventure.

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.
Your Guest Portal will include your door code, Wi-Fi details, parking information, and other helpful stay information, all in one convenient place. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our Guest Services team is always available.
The Neighborhood:
Garden Beach Lane is located in a quiet residential area of Cape Canaveral just minutes from the shoreline. Guests are close to beautiful beach access points, local seafood restaurants, and the lively Port Canaveral waterfront where you can watch cruise ships depart and enjoy popular spots like waterfront bars and fresh seafood dining. The area also offers easy access to Cocoa Beach, Jetty Park, and the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex.
Getting Around:
Most guests get around the area by car. The home includes parking for up to two vehicles. Ride share services like Uber and Lyft are widely available and make it easy to reach nearby restaurants, Port Canaveral, or Cocoa Beach nightlife. The beach is also close enough for a short bike ride, and the surrounding neighborhoods are great for walking.

Perfect rental
This house was perfect for our trip! It was clean, comfortable and in a cute neighborhood. We had family staying on the beach and we were able to walk to their beach spot in 10 min. We would definitely stay again.

I had such a great time during my stay! The property was super clean, tidy, and really convenient. The owners were always quick to answer any questions or address any concerns. I would definitely encourage anyone visiting to consider staying here. I really hope I get to come back and stay again sometime!

Christmas in Cape Canaveral
Cute place, a number of “little things” we wished were different (had to wash dishes before using them, had to sweep the floors when we got there, the dishwasher was broken and left full of stagnant disgusting water, hair left in the shower, washing machine jumping all over the place (thought for sure the neighbors were going to complain, the coffee pot was broken, but when we returned later that 2nd day, they had a brand new one waiting by the door for us!). Overall, the stay was good. Parking is a little tight if you have a bigger vehicle, but was fine. The walk to the beach was an easy walk. The peacocks were all over the place and were beautiful. An easy drive to and from all our activities. The management company was very responsive and answered all questions we had.

Quiet neighborhood just a short walk from the beach
This townhouse is fully renovated with all new furniture and appliances. The kitchen is loaded with lots of choices of dishes and glassware, cookware, lots of silverware, a Keurig Coffee maker, etc. It has everything you need for a short or long term stay. There is parking for 2 vehicles in front of the townhouse. It's really quiet, except for the peacocks hollering at each other lol. There is a fenced in area in the back with entrance through the master bedroom patio slider doors. It has a firepit and a gas grill and 4 tables and 2 end tables. It's a very short walk to the beach and we walked almost 46 miles in the 11 days we were there! All in all, it is a good value property and you are a short walk to the beach to see rocket launches!

Overall a very good stay. Located on a private cul-de-sac street, this appears to be the only rental among a dozen or so townhouses. Very quiet neighborhood in February .Drive slowly. Peacocks roam around. Two tight spots for parking First impression was ok. Could use a quick exterior paint job on walls and front door. Clean throughout. Beds very comfortable. Needs new washing machine. (Very noisy) All appliances worked very well. Kitchen adequately stocked with dishes, pans etc. Backyard area just OK. Grill was not usable. Should be replaced. Less than 1/2 mile to Cherie Down Park for beach access. Beach sand restoration project wrapping up in April’25. It did not affect access to huge beautiful beach great for bike riding to Canaveral pier and down to Cocoa Beach pier. Awesome views on beach of cruise ships coming and going. Watched 5 rocket launches while there. Amazing. Quick drive to great restaurants and grocery stores. Would stay again.
