This was a good location for coming to Cocoa Beach. We had parties to attend and this was conveniently located. Large space, beds were comfortable, rate was reasonable and the check in/checkout was simple. Joe the property manager was good to work with and made things easy.

Week at the Beach

I loved the location of the property. Close to restaurants, grocery store and most importantly the Beach. Had a few issues but Joe was great regarding them. The bedroom furniture was on the old side and not very comfortable but over all the accommodations were ok. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Weekend getaway

This was a great property in a great location and perfect for a weekend beach getaway. My friends and our kids loved the location and the apartment was even better than the pictures. We live in Orlando and will definitely be staying here again.

The property was nice and really close to the beach. Communication with the owner was really easy. My only complaint was that there was mold on the shower curtains. Those definitely needed to be changed.

Great location, welcoming host

Very convenient- 2 minute walk to the beach and shopping. Beach is great for surfing. Very nice and helpful property manager. The place needs an upgrade though - bathrooms could use some painting and living room furniture is kind of old.

When we first came to Florida, we knew that the SpaceCoast area was superior to the other areas for vacationers due to its location. It is such an easy ride to the theme parks while have the surf is what most come to Florida to experience. It maintains the small town atmosphere, while being a fun place to vacation.

I am sure you will enjoy your stay, whether it is relaxing on the porch, swing or hammock and watching the surfers walk by, or just enjoy the luxuries of having a home away from home.
