Not only are you just a short tram ride away from the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches, but Seacrest Beach also features a 12,000 square foot lagoon pool & amphitheater. And the fun doesn’t stop once the sun goes down & the stars come out. The grassy amphitheater hosts live music, free movies, & special events all summer long that the whole family is sure to enjoy! Now, you can experience the most spectacular & spacious home in Seacrest Beach as well! This home, including a carriage house, hosts six bedrooms & six baths that can accommodate up to 16. Every inch of this home is outfitted with comfort & quality in mind
elegant furnishings, luxurious bedding, & unique beachy chic home decor.

The 1st floor is amazingly bright & open with a wonderful flow perfect for entertainment. While the 2nd & 3rd floors offer more seclusion, perfect for those in need of a little R & R. All bedrooms each have their own bathroom, walk-in closet, & private patio access with exception of the 1st floor bedroom. There is a marvelous open-air outdoor grilling station adjacent to an incredibly cute & cozy green space & patio space for days on all three floors. Just to list a few of the many charming attributes this home has to offer! Nestled in between Rosemary & Alys Beach, there are a plethora of places to go & things to see
stunning views, amazing restaurants, upscale boutiques, live music, & even a farmer’s market every Sunday & Thursday. All of which are accessible via bike, tram or afoot. The home also sits parallel to Scenic 30A and is a few moments from access to US Hwy 98. A tad bit East, you will find a variety of grocery stores, pharmacies, & gas stations. Lastly, Seacrest Beach features 24/7 onsite security and greets you upon arrival with both parking passes & pool bands.

Parties, events, pets, & smoking of any kind are strictly prohibited. If found in violation, guests are subject to immediate eviction without refund.

Our host was great. Very accommodating to every question and request that we had. The house and area was beautiful with many activities to do. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be staying here.

Absolutely Amazing!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a absolute blast at Nellies Beach House! The house was awesome! There was plenty of room for everyone in our party! It was very clean and beautiful!! I have zero complaints about the house and can’t wait to come back! The location was perfect- like minutes from the pool and shopping! Getting to the beach was very easy, just everything at your fingertips!

Wonderful stay in 30A

We had a wonderful stay at "Nellie's Beach House" in 30A! Beautiful views, charming neighborhood, responsive (and accommodating) hosts, and a spotless house with good friends - couldn't ask for anything better. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in 30A.

Great house and location

This is a beautiful house with LOTS of space! We stayed with our extended family which includes five families and we were very comfortable. I loved having the carriage house addition because we have a toddler who needed some quiet time for naps. We had an issue with the air conditioning but the management company answered us right away and sent someone to service it very quickly. The green space behind the house was also great for our kids to play and run. We would love to return again sometime!

Finally found our perfect place at Rosemary

My family and I have been coming down to Rosemary for the last five years. We’ve stayed at lots of different homes in the area. For our group, it could not have been a more perfect house! All of the older boys who are between 14 and 21 stayed in the cottage house, which was perfect for them and how noisy they always are. We also had three college girls aged 19 with us who stayed in the room with the two full beds. And it was absolutely perfect for them also cause they had a separate entrance that went out to a private patio where they were able to hang out in the evenings when everybody else was ready for bed. I could go on about how perfect every room was. I can’t say enough good things about this house! It was huge, lots of shaded spots on different porches with rocking chairs to relax in the morning or even in the evening. Loved having a place in the back of the house to shower off and to hang all of our wet clothes and towels. Have not had that at any of the other houses we have stayed in. Also, Love that it backed up to a big grassy area. Kids were out there quite often playing kickball games. Location was perfect. We were kind of in the middle of everything. Last year we stayed at one of the houses overlooking the pool and though it was nice there was no privacy. This house had privacy and you were still close to everything. I cannot recommend this house enough! This is definitely the only house we will stay in from now on!

Great House but Poor Information & Access to Beach

The house is fantastic - clean and well situated for a large family reunion. When we tried to rent equipment, Scenic Stays told us several times that we should call RentGearHere. DO NOT do this- La Dolce Vida is the company that services the Seacrest area. We’ve been stuck with a $725 credit that we weren’t able to use for chairs or a golf cart so as of right now, we are eating the cost. When I approached Scenic Stay, and asked us to help us get a refund, or give us a discount on the house, I received no response. I think it’s the responsibility of the property manager to know which rental companies service the neighborhoods. The owner should be informed of this. Also, access to the beach is completely ridiculous for Seacrest as they lease access to the beach from another neighborhood. We had to wait over 30 minutes for shuttle service. Once on the shuttle, we had to wait at the entrance of our neighborhood for another tram to exit the property across the street before getting dropped off. The walk isn’t bad except for the fact that you are accosted by an overzealous security guard if you try to ease your burden by putting some of your stuff in a stroller or wagon. You may ONLY carry children in the stroller or wagon. When you do finally make it to the beach, there is a very small area of beach that is available to Seacrest residents or renters. This beach area is flanked on both sides by private beach that you can’t use. On Holiday weekends, it’s so crowded, that’s it’s dangerous. While the house is nice, I would stay somewhere else next time.

The stay was great. Such a beautiful home and pretty neighborhood.

The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. It was overall a great stay. The only thing that was confusing was the check-in and check-out. There were some things not specified on the "BeHome247" link or the link said one thing and on the home instructions, it said another thing which just made it confusing for check-in and check-out. I would still highly recommend this home for people going with their families.

Great house!

We had such a great time renting this location. It was very clean and roomie. Property management really went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be renting again.

Kitchen really works

Beautiful home in a great location, open concept living space downstairs, plenty of bathrooms, with ample parking for large groups (which in itself is noteworthy! ). But what really stood out was the kitchen -- spacious layout, large capacity appliances (3 refrigerators/ freezers), and variety of cookware supplied. Plenty of space for multiple cooks, adequate utensils, pots and pans, dishes, flatware. They really expect you to prepare and serve meals to a large group here. What a refreshing concept! Bedrooms provided comfortable beds, sturdy and functional furniture. Bathrooms included ample towels, hooks, and towel rods. Proximity to the green space for outdoor recreation coupled with outdoor kitchen were an added bonus. This property met and exceeded our requirements. Very well done!
