Each bedroom has it's own tv . 4 total bedrooms plus a lounge/additional tv & game area. Fully remodeled with huge gourmet kitchen, massive backyard with pool, firepits in front and back. Multiple outdoor spaces for you to enjoy, whether a family dinner or quiet time to sit and read a book or enjoy coffee or wine! Old litchfield park neighborhood.

Everything was fantastic! The pool and outdoor space were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The house was spotless, comfortable, and truly felt like home. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Perfect House

We had the best stay at Rachel & Dave’s home! The home itself is a great layout for 4 couples, everyone had plenty of space. It’s decorated perfectly and the most clean rental we have ever stayed in. Anything you can think of or need is provided. We literally just needed groceries! The pool is HUGE and surrounding patio area seating gives plenty of space for everyone. Only very minor complaint is the road noise from backyard area. House butts up to a main road with decent traffic but honestly we got used to it after a day and didn’t notice it as much. We can’t wait to come back!

enjoyable stay I would consider returning

The house was well equipped and quaintly appointed. The televisions were new and not set up but once we figured it out, they worked fine. Had some trouble regulating the house temperature but the homeowner was only a text away to help. The neighborhood surrounds the WIGWAM resort so it's older, quiet and safe. (This house is in a cull de sac near the main throughfare so road noise can be heard at this house). This mature neighborhood was in full bloom, so we enjoyed walking the neighborhood each morning to see the cactus in bloom. We were in town visiting family, so we did not use the pool nor the well-equipped kitchen. The only negative would be the suggested price to heat the pool $75/day is a bit excessive .

It was such a beautiful home and owners were fantastic. It was a perfect house for my family. The salsa was so good too ❀❀❀. We will definitely stay here again to visit our family that lives in Phoenix.

We are Dave and Rachel. We have been married 25 years, have 2 boys that are almost grown and a sweet goldendoodle named Cash. We love travel and adventure. Originally from MN, we moved to AZ when we were newly married and lived there for 17 years. We then moved to Colorado and fell in love. We currently live in Winter Park, CO but also enjoy spending time at our homes in Castle Rock, CO and now Litchfield Park, AZ. Rachel is a real estate agent in multiple locations and Dave owns an Industrial Supply Company. We hosting and has given us the opportunity to not only own homes in multiple locations, but also meet some pretty amazing people. We are so thankful for this journey and hope we can share a little piece with our guests.

We fell in love with this property the moment we saw it! We had been looking on and off for several years in this specific neighborhood and nothing quite met the criteria we wanted. First, Old Litchfield is very special. If you've been here, you know. If you haven't, we hope you take some time to go for a walk, bike ride, play some golf or go to the spa. We lived in the West valley for a long time and always wanted to be in this neighborhood. We love the wide streets, full grown trees and sprawling, unique ranch style homes scattered throughout this hidden gem. Our home sits on over œ acre with lots of beautiful landscaping and soaring palm trees. We love all the doors leading to outdoor spaces, every room has either an entry to the pool or the front patio. We love spending time on the front patio in front of the fire watching the sunset, and also the covered back patio for pool time, dinner or coffee by the fire first thing in the morning. The layout of this home is amazing for families or friends traveling together. there are 2 separate wings of the house that give privacy when necessary but also large gathering areas to enjoy! Our favorite room is the lounge! Cozy sitting area, high top game table, large tv and entrance to front patio with firepit makes it such a nice second living space. We hope you love this home as much as we do!
