Nestled along Ciboney Street, this beach home is just a short 5-minute walk or golf cart ride to the Gulf! The Ciboney homes feature a large community pool (with clean restrooms) and all of the elements needed for a perfect getaway! Completed in 2021, this beautiful 4-bedroom, 4.5 bath is TOP SHELF with decor and living arrangements! We provide quality bedding and furnishings on all three spectacular levels. Enjoy the convenience of a 5 minute ride to Pompano Joe's public beach access. Plenty of amenities at this beach access including outdoor eating and bathroom facilities. Groups of all ages will enjoy the activities and wide open sugar sand beach.



For your convenience, a high end electric 6 passenger golf cart is provided at no charge! Just perfect for riding over to Pompano Joe's for Lunch!



The outside terrace of Salty Stay features all the plush and cozy seating for morning coffee or a crystal clear stargazing night. Watch the string lights above you twinkle as you share laughs while the family chef grills up the perfect dinner on the outdoor gas grill! Enjoy your meal al fresco at the outdoor dining table for 6 and the oversized loveseats and chairs. Stroll down to the community pool after cleanup for an evening dip, it's the perfect place to splash around after a long beach day.



Upon entering the front of the home, guests are welcome to kick off their shoes on the mat and drop your bags in the spacious foyer with garage access just to the left past the first of two laundry rooms. Just around to the right is a beautiful and spacious king bedroom with a shared access to the foyer to a full bathroom and large closet for max storage space. If the kiddos need their own space, make good use of the brand new built in bunk nook around to the left of the foyer, the nook also features a large walk in closet and easy access to the backyard. All TV's throughout Salty Stay are Smart TV's perfect for streaming on the highest speed internet available.



Follow the natural lighting up the stairs to the beautiful open and airy living and kitchen areas. Whip up your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator, an electric range top/oven, large dual sided sink, large dishwasher and all standard countertop necessities. Love coffee as much as we do? Good, we've dedicated a full corner of the kitchen as it's very own coffee bar! Brew a cup in the standard coffee port and store your favorite flavor grounds in the baskets just below. Atop the coffee bar are a nice set of wine glasses or Moscow mule copper mugs for a perfect concoction when the day is done.



The rich décor and lighting will draw you from the kitchen to the open concept living and dining area for family gatherings and making memories. The dining room table seats 8 guests. The living area features two plush couches and an oversized chair for catching the big game or enjoying the cliffhanger movies. The first floor features a half bath for access from the living and kitchen area as well. Sleeping arrangements on the second floor include a beautiful king suite with private bath. Bathroom includes a tiled shower/tub combo, spacious vanity and a walk in closet.



Take the stairs to the top floor for the rest of the peaceful and private sleeping arrangements at The Salty Stay! This floor features a stunning Master King Suite and a Queen Suite as well as the second laundry room. The King Suite features direct/private balcony access, a massive dreamy bathroom and a ton of natural light. The Queen Suite sleeps 2 guests and boasts a quaint private bath with shower/tub combo and separate water closet.



The Salty Stay is a perfectly cozy coastal retreat that's sure to fit your family vacation! Ciboney neighborhood is centrally located to everything like restaurants and beach bars for happy hour , Scenic Highway pedestrian walkway, and a variety of shopping from Alvin’s Island to upscale malls. You are never more than 10 minutes to these attractions.





WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE AMENITIES:

Beach Towels: Starting March 15th, the rental of this home with include 12 large, high quality beach towels to use during your stay with Beach Reunion at The Salty Stay.

Beach Chairs: Complimentary beach service is offered for from March 1st - October 31st. Service includes 2 chairs and an umbrella set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM! * Set up daily starting the day after arrival

Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses. Book your golf cart at BRLSV.com

VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings.

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this starter supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.





ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:



* This home rents Saturday to Saturday only during Spring Break and Summer months.

* Pool Use/Heat: The Ciboney Street Properties utilize a community pool just a SHORT walk up the street. Heated to 80 Degrees November to March, it's perfect for evening swims! The pool area features plenty of lounge chairs & a restroom!

* College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older, with the exception of children in families.

* Weddings/Events – Are not permitted at this home due to the rules and regulations of the HOA.

* PARKING- Room for 3-4 Vehicles in Driveway with a 1 Car (Or Golf Cart) Garage

Guest Access:

Enjoy the entire home! When booking a vacation stay with us here at Beach Reunion, guests have access to the entire vacation home. The only shared amenities will be the private beach access for the community and the pool.



Other Things to Note:

Beach Reunion staff is local to the area. Our office is like family, with only 5 staff members. We have 3 overseeing our guests/reservations and our head of guest relations who assists us with our guests needs. We are open 7 days a week which provides you unlimited availability to a member of staff and when you call, it comes directly to our office, no 3rd party hubs or call centers.



Interaction with Guests:

Our office is open 7 days a week with someone in daily from 9am to 5pm central time. We do have the availability to be texted so you are sure to always reach one of us here at the office during your stay!



We have an after hours emergency line as well for true emergent situations at your home that can dispatch maintenance or the proper caretakers for your situation.
