The main floor also includes a cozy living area with balcony, pull-out full bed for extra guests, and the Yesterday Room with king bed and private balcony.

Upstairs, the While My Guitar Gently Weeps Suite boasts a king bed and 5-piece bathroom with soaking tub. Down the hall, a second washer/dryer set leads to the Hey Jude Room, another king suite with private bath and balcony.

Relaxing Getaway

We had a very relaxing getaway with family. The layout was great because it enabled use to have fun together and separate at bedtime. The golf cart was a great feature. It made our treks to beach a breeze. We would stay there again.

Perfect house for our family beach vacation

This house was great for our family of 5! The location was excellent, super close to the beach. The house was clean, comfortable and very cute inside. Has everything you need! The golf cart was awesome and our kids loved riding around in it. Richard was nice to work with and responded to messages very quickly. All around would definitely recommend for a family vacation at Miramar Beach!! One thing to note is that the bunk bed room is the only bedroom located on the ground level and has a door to the back patio, so due to the young ages of our kiddos we did not end up using it - we prefer them to be on the same floor as us or a floor above - but there were enough other bedrooms that it wasn’t a problem.

Thanks for the great review Sumner! I understand about wanting to keep the kiddos close, since we have kids of our own, but did want to mention for others that we do have both the electronic deadbolt and one-way deadbolts installed on both the entry and patio doors for extra security.

5 minute walk to beach

This is a great location. The property is beautiful. Its a short walk to beach. Having the golf cart was great. There is a ton of beach toys, coolers, chairs and umbrella provided. The house was fully stocked with towels, bedding and kitchens accessories. There is a starter pack of stuff, but you will need to buy garbage bags, hand soap, paper towel etc. The house was clean. The back yard with the grill was not. Beer cans and a broken chair were left from the previous guests. We did have our furr babies with us and everything went perfect with them there. They provide bags for the pets located at both ends of property. Our host Richard was great. He was easy to communicate with and responded quiclky. Over all I would recommend staying here.

Family vacation

Richard had great communication with me before, during and after the booking process. The house is wonderful, however, the floors werent cleaned well at all. You could take a white rag and rub it across the floor and it was black. The home in general was clean other than the floors. The home has everything you need from beach chairs and toys to a pack and play. It literally has everything. If i was to book this again i would check to see if the refrigerator had been repaired or replaced. It was not cooling when we arrived. I had to power cycle the unit to get it to work. I notified Richard of this and he promptly got back with me and offered to have a mataince man come look at it but ultimately i had already fixed it, but still its an inconvenience you shouldnt have to deal with. Again the home is wonderful and spacious and i do recommend booking it.

Hi TJ, I'm sorry to hear about the floors. Next time, please bring this to my attention, as we will make it right. We haven't had any issues with the cleanliness thus far, but I have already addressed this with my cleaning team, and have scheduled a maintenance check on the fridge as well.
